This company installed the carpet that I had purchased from Menards. They were recommended by the store. I called with a certain deadline and they were able to make that happen for me, which was great. Carpet was installed perfectly. Professional install great looking carpet. Would definitely call them again for any of my Carpet install needs.

Floor Coverings International of Mentor provided amazing customer service from start to finish on our large, residential carpeting project. We had multiple rooms, a staircase and hallway completely redone and it all looks beautiful. Joe gave us a comprehensive in-home consultation and answered all of our questions, providing a no-pressure environment where we felt very comfortable asking about price range, durability and installation. He walked us through our options and made sure we were happy with our selection. Communication on their entire team is great - everyone was aligned and they are very responsive. Installation was handled quickly so we could move in and the project manager came in to check on quality and progress. The installation team was polite, on time, and very neat and tidy! I was impressed and very pleased when everything was finished. Joe and Shelly run a great business and I would recommend their business to any of my friends, family or co-workers.

We are so glad we picked Floor Coverings International. Joe listened to our ideas and came to our home with many great samples. He was knowledgeable and informative, helping us make the right choice for our needs. We had carpet installed in our master bedroom/closet and up the stairs to our second floor. Installation was seamless and looks beautiful. The carpet feels so good on our feet. We plan to use them to install carpet in our upstairs bedrooms. We highly recommend them.

It was great working with Joe, Edgar, and Serge. Serge did an excellent job removing our old carpet and flooring and replacing it with new flooring. It’s pretty impressive that he did it all by himself and within the expected timeframe. I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International and will consider using them for other future projects.

Your crew did an AWESOME job they were respectful of our new flooring in the kitchen, handled our furniture with care, the install looks great and they cleaned up after. The carpet looks beautiful. My hubby and I are very happy with our floor installation. Serge did a great job installing the floor and the molding trim detail made it really come together. 👏 He knew exactly what to do when he ran into the problem with the old flooring that was glued down and resolved the issue right away. Our laminate floors look great!! The flooring came in within a week after ordering, the team was efficient and the installation was quick. 💕

We worked with Floor Coverings International to re-do all the flooring in our lake house. They worked with us to get the look we wanted while staying in our budget. The installation team did a fabulous job. They showed up when scheduled, completed the work on time and did an excellent job of communicating with us throughout the entire process.
