Great experience from start to finish. The team installed new flooring in both our first floor and third floor bathrooms, and the entire project was completed in just a few hours. The installation was professional, efficient, and the finished product looks fantastic. I am extremely happy with the results and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future. The salesman I dealt with did a great job explaining everything and answered all my questions. The two installers we’re very good and worked without taking any breaks.i was amazed at how easily thru moved my furniture out of the way and put everything back exactly as it was without a scratch and that included a large grandfather clock. I wil use this company again without a doubt.

The placing of the carpet was fine. The placing of floor tiles was not so good. In two different places the tiles buckled and looked like they weren't glued down properly. Also, some trim came loose. for apparently the same reason.

FCI replaced existing flooring with luxury vinyl planks for us. From start to finish, they've been a class act and very easy to work with. Serge, the installer, showed up on time and worked long days to finish on top. He left everything spotless. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent job! Serge did my laminate flooring. Nehemiah and his co-worker did my carpet install. Both were efficient, professional, pleasant, and cleaned up their own mess. I am so pleased with the product I chose as well as the installation of the product. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International!!

This company installed the carpet that I had purchased from Menards. They were recommended by the store. I called with a certain deadline and they were able to make that happen for me, which was great. Carpet was installed perfectly. Professional install great looking carpet. Would definitely call them again for any of my Carpet install needs.

Floor Coverings International of Mentor provided amazing customer service from start to finish on our large, residential carpeting project. We had multiple rooms, a staircase and hallway completely redone and it all looks beautiful. Joe gave us a comprehensive in-home consultation and answered all of our questions, providing a no-pressure environment where we felt very comfortable asking about price range, durability and installation. He walked us through our options and made sure we were happy with our selection. Communication on their entire team is great - everyone was aligned and they are very responsive. Installation was handled quickly so we could move in and the project manager came in to check on quality and progress. The installation team was polite, on time, and very neat and tidy! I was impressed and very pleased when everything was finished. Joe and Shelly run a great business and I would recommend their business to any of my friends, family or co-workers.
