We worked with Floor Coverings International to re-do all the flooring in our lake house. They worked with us to get the look we wanted while staying in our budget. The installation team did a fabulous job. They showed up when scheduled, completed the work on time and did an excellent job of communicating with us throughout the entire process. Such a great experience.

We had Joe come out and spent time with us to select the best floor for our home. Serge the installation tech was amazing. We are very happy with the entire process. Spoke to Edgar who managed process was very helpful, only clean up was needed after install. Overall great team and again Serge was over and above professional.

Having had a terrible experience with our previous flooring company, we were really conscious of having a thorough vetting process of whom we would use next when we had a leak in our kitchen totally morphing our floors and needing them fully replaced. Floor Coverings International stood apart from all the other flooring companies and contractors we contacted. They were professional, courteous and flexible with our work schedule. They were knowledgeable about the product and helped us choose a floor that would work best for us - making several house visits with samples. They checked in to make sure all was satisfactory before, during and after the install. The installer, Serge, was super knowledgeable, courteous and thorough with his craftsmanship. We have lived with the floors for several weeks now and couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Floor Coverings International for working with our budget and time constraints! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Floor coverings was a pleasure to work with. Joe was very accommodating every step of the way. Im and outside investor and needed someone that could work digitally. He was willing to do everything online and communicated with me through the process. It was easy to get a hold of him when I had questions, and began and finished quickly. Edgar and his team did a fantastic job on the installation. The floors look great. They even made a couple adjustments for me without hesitation. I was send lots of pictures of varying angles to be able to assess the quality of the job. The floors look great. I will definitely be reaching out again and doing more work with them.

The work they did for us was just great. The installer was carrying in his work. No short cuts att all. His craft is very good. When he can here I ask him are you the only one? He said yes. He did 496 sq ft in a day and a half. He really work hard. GREAT JOB GUY!!!!!

I love my new carpet from Floor Coverings International! The entire process was seamless and stress free. Every person I dealt with was professional & knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions.
