Great experience working with FCI and Joe specifically. We needed to get our carpet replaced in our new home as it was completely unlivable, and within a week we had our new carpet and baseboards installed. After getting the run around from multiple other stores, we really wish we would have found FCI sooner. There was a slight lack of communication with the gentleman who installed our baseboards, but the men who installed our carpet were courteous, quick, and did a really nice job! We would absolutely recommend FCI to anyone looking for great carpet with a quick turn around.

Great experience with floor coverings international. Easy process from the beginning. Everyone I interacted with was professional and personable. Payment options were flexible, and the timeline I received from the beginning was accurate and accommodating. The solid wood floors are high end and look excellent in my space. Would definitely choose them for the project again, and will choose them for any future work. Highly recommended.

The first appointment with Joe was excellent and the follow up with Shelly and Edgar was very professional. The Shaw Alaskan Air carpet is some of the nicest carpet I have ever walked on. The only reason I am not giving five stars is the fact that they sent someone to handle the final installation who I couldn’t communicate with since he didn’t or wouldn’t speak english and that was disappointing.

They came to my home and we tried different option in every room. I was offered different cost and payment options also. My floor was installed quickly by a very nice young man. AND MY FLOORS ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. This is an A1 company with A1 products and service.
