The team at Floor Coverings International was amazing. The price was affordable and the service far exceeded that. Communication was excellent and the team was kind and informative. We would not hesitate to call them again for our flooring needs!

We have been very pleased with our new LVP flooring and carpeting. The installers were professional and skilled. No complaints. New floors have refreshed our whole house, making even our older furnishings look better.

FCI was great to work with from start to finish! Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Joe came out for our initial appointment and did a great job walking us through the different options and helping us determine what would work best for our space. Once we chose our runner material, Edgar was extremely helpful in coordinating the next steps. Installation was easy and seamless, and the installer was knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job. We’re very happy with the finished product and would absolutely recommend FCI!

Easiest carpet shopping yet. They brought samples to my home after telling them my situation and recommended a carpet choice. It looks wonderful. Great guys.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International! Joe wasn't pushy and the installation process was great. A couple other companies also gave us a price, but they were pushy and seemed more about getting my money rather than help us find the best floor for our home. Also, knowing the FCI is owned locally by Joe & Shelly makes it even better as we love to support local businesses! The entire experience was awesome!!

We purchased both flooring and carpeting from Floor Coverings International. From the initial consultation to the final installation it was a wonderful experience. Joe listened to what we wanted and presented us with options that matched what we were looking for perfectly. Then he worked extra hard to get the project within our budget. We have a flooring transition that was going to require something special. Edgar, the project manager, came out to our house and designed a custom transition that fit the need. Also during the flooring installation I had a concern over the color of the custom transition that I texted Edgar about. Rather than texting me back, Edgar showed up at our house, agreed about the color and took it back to the shop to restain it. Serge, the flooring installer is a workhorse. He is extremely neat and did meticulous work. The flooring looks incredible. The carpet installers were also very professional and did a wonderful job. We couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Floor Coverings International. Our house looks amazing!

10 stars! We have worked with carpet one in the past and had a terrible experience (2x actually). This was a totally different story. It’s so nice that they bring the carpet to your home so you can see what it looks like in the actual room. Prices were very reasonable and installation was quick and the new carpet looks awesome. It was a completely seamless process and I will never use another company for flooring installation.
