I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International Mentor for any floor covering needs. We had more than 600 sq ft of carpeting installed and are extremely satisfied with the results. The design associate was very knowledgeable and professional, following up on the job from start to finish. The installers showed up when they said they would be there. They were very neat and careful moving furniture, etc. The installation was done perfectly and they cleaned up and removed all the debris and old carpet from the premises. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to my friends.

We helped our parents move closer to us. The only thing needed in their new home was carpeting. We contacted Floor Covering International. It was great to have them come to us, with a van full of samples. We were able to spread the samples on the floor and see the carpet in the exact light... with the color of the walls, etc. Soon we had picked the right carpet and it wasn't too long, the carpet had arrived and we were scheduling the install. They came out, were on time and did a great job with the installation. Parents love the carpet, the way it feels to walk on. We are so thankful for how easy they were to work with at Floor Covering International of Mentor. We dealt with Joe and Shelly, they were both great, very polite and professional.

If you are tired of Companies you have to beg to show up, honor the work they say they will perform, and keep on schedule, this is the company for you! From day one Joe and Shelly had my back. Any issue I had, which were very few and small, were taken care of Immediately! I love the walk through Joe does with you to make sure you are 100% happy, before you submit your final payment. They are a higher end company, but the customer service made the price worth it! And the floors and back splash are beautiful!!

Shelly and Joe did a wonderful job. They are very knowledgeable, flexible, and kind. I started out wanting laminate. By the time we had the color selected, I changed my mind! Joe did not hesitate to go with the flow. 😊 I now have a beautiful berber carpeting with a very thick, comfy memory foam padding. Just perfect for my high traffic, slab floor familyroom. I am very pleased with my Floor Coverings International experience - start to finish! I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs.

We changed out ALL of our flooring after moving into our home last year. This was a major expense, so we were naturally nervous about picking the flooring company that would satisfy our need for both hard floor and carpet covering. Floor Coverings International fit the bill perfectly and we couldn't be more satisfied! They brought their mobile flooring show to our home to give us an opportunity to select flooring in the proper lighting that we would be living in, which was a great feature. Once ordered, the team coordinated the two installation jobs (one for carpet and one for hard floor) and they managed every detail. One note to mention, the installers were extraordinarily professional and moved all the furniture out and back to original places - no hassles! Each completed the projects on time. The sales team followed up with an inspection of the work to ensure quality. One small fix was needed and they arranged for the installer to be back within 48 hours and make the fix immediately. This can be a large investment, so it's important to trust the people you are working with. I feel very good about about the 5 star rating. I smile every time my feet hit the floor!

Great company and an outstanding experience with using them for our project. I don't hesitate to fully recommend them and endorse them for all of your flooring needs. They have been more than professional, courteous and helpful in completing our project on time and at the agreed upon price. The tech crews were exceptional, service was outstanding and they made sure to work around OUR schedule. The finished job was as near perfect as possible and in addition, when I tried to pay the balance after the job was over, they would NOT accept it until the management made a Final Walk Through to inspect … who does that now??
