We purchased both flooring and carpeting from Floor Coverings International. From the initial consultation to the final installation it was a wonderful experience. Joe listened to what we wanted and presented us with options that matched what we were looking for perfectly. Then he worked extra hard to get the project within our budget. We have a flooring transition that was going to require something special. Edgar, the project manager, came out to our house and designed a custom transition that fit the need. Also during the flooring installation I had a concern over the color of the custom transition that I texted Edgar about. Rather than texting me back, Edgar showed up at our house, agreed about the color and took it back to the shop to restain it. Serge, the flooring installer is a workhorse. He is extremely neat and did meticulous work. The flooring looks incredible. The carpet installers were also very professional and did a wonderful job. We couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Floor Coverings International. Our house looks amazing!

10 stars! We have worked with carpet one in the past and had a terrible experience (2x actually). This was a totally different story. It’s so nice that they bring the carpet to your home so you can see what it looks like in the actual room. Prices were very reasonable and installation was quick and the new carpet looks awesome. It was a completely seamless process and I will never use another company for flooring installation.

From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Joe brought flooring samples directly to our home, which made the selection process so much easier. After taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, he thoughtfully narrowed down the options he brought, which kept us from feeling overwhelmed like we would have been walking through a flooring showroom with hundreds of choices. He truly listened to our needs and recommended the flooring that was the best fit for our home rather than simply trying to make a sale. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way with emails explaining what to expect next, and even included thoughtful personal touches like thank-you notes that made us feel valued as customers. Serge and his installation crew were friendly, efficient, and respectful of our home. They did beautiful work, and when the job was complete, they cleaned everything up thoroughly. The craftsmanship and professionalism of the entire crew were evident from start to finish. What impressed me most, though, was the follow-up after the installation. Both Joe and Edgar personally reached out to make sure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. It’s rare to find a company that is so committed to customer service from beginning to end. We genuinely felt like everyone went out of their way to ensure we were happy throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new flooring. Their commitment to customer service, quality workmanship, and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

What a great experience from start to finish. I hate home remodeling, such a mess and a pain. My husband and I went to see Joe at his office. He then came to our home with samples. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the differences in carpets and recommended what we probably needed with animals. I wrote him a check for half the job, which was much less than I thought it would be, and he said it would be between 2 and 4 weeks. (I received a thank you message from Joe in the mail, who does that?) 2 weeks later I received a message that my carpet was in and they could install whenever I was ready. (I still had to paint) The following week Nehemias and his partner showed up right on time. We had removed the small items but they had to deal with our very, very heavy furniture. They were doing 2 bedrooms and they were finished in less than 4 hours. Carpet swept and furniture right back where it started. I received a follow up message asking how everything went. My floors are beautiful. I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International!

Carpet arrived earlier than expected. Installers were efficient and finished with lots of time left to get the room back in order.
