I stopped in at the showroom on a Friday and Ute, the showroom manager, was great - spending time with me and letting me take some samples home. We made an appt for Monday morning for Kyle to come to our home and take measurements. Kyle came on time and was very nice, giving us a rough ballpark of cost, and said he would email me an estimate based on the carpet we had picked out. On Tuesday, my husband and I stopped in the showroom to take a look at more samples of the same product line just in case there was something he liked better. We determined we liked what we picked, and asked Ute what the next steps were. She seemed surprised we hadn’t received an estimate yet, and said she would have Kyle send us the estimate and at that time we could place the order. On Thursday I called the showroom and told Ute I still hadn’t received an estimate. She assured me I would have one by end of day Friday. That didn’t happen. We went to another local vendor, someone came out, measured, got a written estimate, and placed an order, all within 3 days. Still nothing from Floor Coverings International. Biggest kicker was today I returned the carpet sample I still had and handed it to Kyle, who showed no recognition of me at all, even when he asked my name so he could mark it returned. Wow. This may have been a small job this time, but I have a lot of flooring to replace in this house. “Big mistake. Huge.” (As the line goes in Pretty Woman).

The selection for flooring is exceptional. Customer service is wonderful. They treated me like family, very courteous, helpful, answered all my questions, respectful of my needs. Delivery was on time, the installer was very professional and courteous. I'm very satisfied with the carpet. I mean WOW a great company/Group of people to work with. The installation looks great. Great experience. Mike and his crew are highly committed to customer satisfaction. From helping us choose the flooring to the finished product, everything was done with professionalism and attention to detail. Baseboards were removed and replaced without damage. Thresholds installed for transition to adjoining rooms. Couldn't be more pleased.

I highly recommend Floor Coverings of Southlake. They refinished my existing wood floors and extended the wood into my living room. My floors look brand new and the new portion is seamless. They are very professional, efficient and flexible with our busy schedule.

To have someone come to my home and show me floors in my lighting was great. The lighting in the floor showroom didn't match my unit and it was great to see flooring within my actual unit

Beth out of Rockford, MI was the best to work with and I highly recommend a consultation with her! I’m extremely indecisive, but also very particular. I was looking for a “unicorn” product that I found in Laminate but was looking for it in LVP. Beth made so many inquiries about photos that I thought were close to what I was looking for. She hung in with me and found a very high quality product at a very reasonable price. Once I found the product I was having trouble deciding between two colors and ended up ordering a box of each. She was so patient with my questions and being my sounding board. Her husband, Adam, was also very helpful with product drop off working around our busy schedules. We appreciate the local family business feel with a huge selection at competitive prices! 10/10! Thanks Beth!
