Super impressed from the beginning to the end. The whole process was seamless. John was personable, knowledgeable, and answered ANY question I had. After committing to a plan, the workers arrived with punctuality and paid attention to detail. They worked very hard! They got my entire upstairs (over 1800 ft.²) completed, including the stairs in one day! And the area was left spotless. Not a single carpet fiber, in sight! I was very, very pleased. Pricing was on point and very reasonable. I would definitely use them again for all my flooring needs!

Let's start this off by saying we are repeat customers at FCI. Thet redid the flooring six years ago when we we getting it ready to sell. They did a great job back then also. Carpet replace and hardwood refinish. Let's come to today. This job started with Jay coming out measusring, showing samples, showing us different carpet/padding combinations. Accepted the job and wrote a deposit check. Took about 4 days for the carpet to become available and we received the call to schedule installation. Picked a Saturday install. Communication on installation day was excellent. Installers arrived, came in and checked things out when they discovered the carpet they had wasn't mine. It was the correct color, but there wasnt enough to do the whole job. I noted that the padding they had was not the memory foam upgrade we had selected. So they packed up and left. Come Monday we descovered there were multiple orders for people with the same last name as mine. My carpet came available on Wednesday and they were back out here on Thursday installing it. The installers moved all the furniture out of the rooms removed all the oild carpeting and padding. Got the new carpet installed, cleaned up the mess and got the furniture moved back in. Got contacted today about the balance due and they had already given me a little credit the the error. I totally understand that problems occur and it's how you deal with them that counts. And I feel they dealt with the problem with total fairness.

The best decision we made was going with FCI for our flooring replacement! From the consultation to the end of the install they were incredible. Erin was so thorough with the consultation that you never had to guess if everything was included or if you were going to have surprises at the end when it came to cost. They were also incredibly responsive anytime you had questions which is amazing to find! You never felt like you were left hanging. We had our entire house replaced with new vinyl and it was a lot of work moving furniture, etc and the installers never complained once and were so respectful. Dalton and Erin kept in touch throughout the work being done to make sure everything was going smoothly. Truly top notch! There are not enough words to describe our gratitude and if you need a great installer, do not hesitate to contact FCI! You seriously will not be disappointed.

Excellent! Steve came to the house with samples, we selected two carpets, one for the basement and another for the bedrooms. He measured the space and gave us an estimate that day. EASY! The installers were highly professional and completed the work in 2 days - as promised. They left the house in great shape. All good! I would recommend Floor Coverings International.

Bought a new house with 1800 sq ft of hardwood flooring, all of it needed refinishing. Floor Covering International was able to fit me into their schedule and thank goodness for that! They worked with me on my stain color desires, made up sample boards to make sure I was going to love the color, then delivered exactly as promised - on budget, on schedule and with a great quality end product.
