Wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish. I had tile put in my house maybe 10 years ago but at time I could only afford to do the main areas, not the bedrooms. I contacted Preston and texted him a photo of what I had to see how close a match he could get. He texted me back a sample saying “I think this is close” it was the same tile! He and his crew were amazing to work with. We had one hiccup with a water leak that had to be repaired but they were extremely gracious and conscious about working with my schedule to get the remainder of the install completed. I highly recommend them!

So happy to have met Michele- she was able to help me get a lingering project handled. I had an LVP stair tread that had cracked. They matched the color perfectly. Their installer was on time, kind, professional, cleaned up after himself and was highly skilled. He could have easily just installed the step but he corrected something the previous installation did to ensure it was a long-lasting repair. Thank you so much!

FCI tried to overcharge my insurance company for work they didn’t provide. When I told them, they refused until I had to get my insurance manager involved. They are overpriced and the sample flooring are outdated & doesn’t match the actual color. The installers were great & does decent work but Tradespro not trustworthy

I can’t recommend Floor Coverings International of Southeast Dayton enough! They recently did the flooring in my home, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. Their Mobile Flooring Showroom® made choosing materials incredibly simple — being able to see every sample right in my own space took the guesswork out of everything. James, Jeremy, and Eric were phenomenal from start to finish. Truly a group of great guys — professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly passionate about what they do. They walked me through every step, answered every question, and made sure I felt confident in all my choices. When installation day came, they worked efficiently, treated my home with care, and delivered work that was absolutely flawless. The finished product completely transformed my space. The quality is beyond anything I expected, and you can tell these guys take pride in their craftsmanship. Even after the job was done, they followed up to make sure I was happy — something you don’t see often these days. If you’re looking for new floors, don’t waste your time comparing a bunch of companies. Floor Coverings International of Southeast Dayton is the company to call. Between the quality of the floors, the smooth process, and the incredible team — especially James, Jeremy, and Eric — they’re easily the best in the business. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.

It was a pleasure to work with the team at Floorings International. We are very happy with the installation of the engineered hardwood and the porcelain tiles. Anyone who has visited has commented on how great the flooring looks.

Horrible customer service. I asked their representative Peter a simple question about what the price is broken out by labor and materials and he gives me a smart ass response about me trying to save money and I should just do the job myself. Ok, no problem chief. I do not recommend this company for business or customer service. Horrible communication on the company’s part.
