We had a truly great experience with Mario from Flooring Coverings International. He came out the same day to evaluate some laminate flooring that had started to warp and was incredibly helpful, honest, and thorough in explaining what was going on. He also quickly connected us with a trusted mold remediation company, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. When it came time for installation, Madson did an excellent job. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and care for the work really showed. The flooring looks fantastic and we felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process. Mario’s pricing was fair, his communication was great, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. Thank you!

We purchased flooring and an installation package from a big-box store, to replace carpet with plank flooring in our newly purchased home. Long story short, the installation from the big-box store was continuously delayed for more than 6 weeks...and we still didn't have a scheduled install date. We were down to 2 weeks before move-in day, so I started making calls to other installers. Luke with Floor Coverings International saved the day! He contacted me right away and was able to get all the measurements/project specifications over the phone. That very same day, he provided me with an installation date (the next week) and assured me all would be well. He was absolutely right! Our floors turned out completely beautiful, and Oscar and his installation team completed the project in less time that was quoted. The price was higher than what we were quoted from the big box store, but after talking to other contractors, the price we paid was well within market range and given the rush circumstances we had, we got a very good deal! All in all, I can't speak highly enough of Floor Coverings International and should we have a project in the future, we will be calling them first!

This team rose to the occasion and completely restretched the existing carpeting in four rooms. He was able to reattach it and then finished it all beautifully. I can’t speak highly enough about how quickly they acted knowing we were under some pressure getting it done and what a tremendous job they did! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Super professional from start to finish. The consultation was very helpful and allowed me to pick just what I wanted. Crew on site did excellent quality work and cleaned up everyday after finishing. Highly recommend

Michael Howard and his team were a pleasure to work with! Michael came by with the installers on the morning they were to start my flooring project to introduce me to them and walk them around each room to explain what to do. The installers were great and would ask how I wanted the floor laid out in each room before starting them. Michael also came back to check in during and after the work was completed to insure everything was going as I expected. I'm very happy with my new LVP flooring and the exceptional customer service experience. I would highly recommend them!

We’ve had FCI do a couple of projects for us now. They always treat us well and give us a fair price. The commercial grade carpet tile has made our business so much cleaner and nicer - our employees love it. And the hybrid waterproof floor they put in one of our rentals is durable and absolutely stunning! Working with Tracy, Matt and their team has been a great experience.
