We met Paul at the Toledo home show. He was everything you would want - very kind, considerate, interested in what we were looking for, etc. We spent well over an hour with him in a very comfortable conversation! He made us feel totally not pressured at all! We set an appointment for him to come to our home. He arrived a couple minutes early, walked through our home, learned about our lifestyle (Especially with our dogs!!). He brought several different samples with him of which we made a decision. He took our decision and with AI videoed it in our home, to where we could see what it would look like in EACH ROOM! THAT WAS GREAT! A couple days later, I got nervous about the color, so I went to his office - he had me pick out six or eight different colors to which he placed those colors in our home on a large screen in his office. I was able at that point to make the exact decision I wanted and was very happy with it! This took quite a bit of time for him to do, but it made me confident about what we were choosing and his effort to allow me to be 100% satisfied! Then came the tear out Of carpet and install of flooring!! The installer was absolutely incredibly magnificent! Fine young man very considerate of everything he was doing with our furniture and home! He was very articulate and exact on every board he laid! I could keep going, but the absolute fact is that we are extremely satisfied from the very beginning conversation to the end of the project and And highly recommend him to you! Carpeting was very professional. Edges were done where carpet met other flooring without metal strips. Carpet was also stretched all the way across so that it will not likely stretch in middle.Moving and cleanup was done with utmost care! I recommend this company to anyone !

From sales to installation everything went great and looks fantastic. Paul on the sales side worked hard to get us the flooring that would work best for us and did not try to upsell or have us spend more than we needed to. On the install Matt was awesome and very professional. We needed two rooms done at one time and the 3rd room done a few weeks later. They were willing to work with us and we could not be happier with how the project has come out. Would highly recommend working with this company.

From the first phone call to the inspection after the carpet was laid, our entire experience was easy and stress free. The crew who tore out our old carpet and laid the new carpet were so nice and professional and made sure all was cleaned up before they left. I’ve already recommended them to my mom and a good friend who are looking for new carpet!
