We honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience! From the very beginning, Paul was fantastic to work with. He was hands-on, honest, informative, and made the entire process so easy. He took the time to answer every question we had and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating they were. We had family coming into town, and they worked with our timeline to make sure everything was finished before they arrived. That level of customer service meant so much to us. The installation team did an incredible job, and the attention to detail really shows. Our new carpet and LVP flooring upstairs have completely transformed our home. It honestly feels like we’re walking into a different house! If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work, we highly recommend them. Thank you for making our vision a reality. We couldn’t be happier!

Floor Coverings International in Perrysburg, Ohio is the best company I have ever dealt with! The owner, Paul Kowalik was on top of the entire project from start to finish! We learned about Floor Coverings International at the Toledo Home Show. We chose them to do all the floors in our condo. We were so impressed how much time and effort Paul took with my indecision of choosing a color and communicating with the manufacture to be sure the product and the type of installation would handle the rolling weight of the power wheelchair. Scott got us on the schedule for the week I had chosen. Then Matt, the installer came in and got to work. And boy did he work. He was wonderful! He informed us each day what would be done and made sure that my husband could maneuver around the house. He is meticulous about his work and is very tidy. We are so please with our new floors and would highly recommend Paul and his team to anyone looking for new flooring.

We met Paul at the Toledo home show. He was everything you would want - very kind, considerate, interested in what we were looking for, etc. We spent well over an hour with him in a very comfortable conversation! He made us feel totally not pressured at all! We set an appointment for him to come to our home. He arrived a couple minutes early, walked through our home, learned about our lifestyle (Especially with our dogs!!). He brought several different samples with him of which we made a decision. He took our decision and with AI videoed it in our home, to where we could see what it would look like in EACH ROOM! THAT WAS GREAT! A couple days later, I got nervous about the color, so I went to his office - he had me pick out six or eight different colors to which he placed those colors in our home on a large screen in his office. I was able at that point to make the exact decision I wanted and was very happy with it! This took quite a bit of time for him to do, but it made me confident about what we were choosing and his effort to allow me to be 100% satisfied! Then came the tear out Of carpet and install of flooring!! The installer was absolutely incredibly magnificent! Fine young man very considerate of everything he was doing with our furniture and home! He was very articulate and exact on every board he laid! I could keep going, but the absolute fact is that we are extremely satisfied from the very beginning conversation to the end of the project and And highly recommend him to you!
