I had several estimates for a vinyl tile floor for my kitchen, half bath and stairs to back door and basement. No pressure and professional estimate prepared. Was able to schedule installation at a convenient time. I could not be happier with the finished product. Eric and his coworker answered any questions I had. Paul gave the estimate, Scott oversaw the job. The work area was cleaned up. This was a relatively small job and the attention to detail would allow me to recommend highly.

We honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience! From the very beginning, Paul was fantastic to work with. He was hands-on, honest, informative, and made the entire process so easy. He took the time to answer every question we had and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating they were. We had family coming into town, and they worked with our timeline to make sure everything was finished before they arrived. That level of customer service meant so much to us. The installation team did an incredible job, and the attention to detail really shows. Our new carpet and LVP flooring upstairs have completely transformed our home. It honestly feels like we’re walking into a different house! If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work, we highly recommend them. We learned about Floor Coverings International at the Toledo Home Show. We chose them to do all the floors in our condo. We were so impressed how much time and effort Paul took with my indecision of choosing a color and communicating with the manufacture to be sure the product and the type of installation would handle the rolling weight of the power wheelchair. Scott got us on the schedule for the week I had chosen. Then Matt, the installer came in and got to work. And boy did he work. He was wonderful! He informed us each day what would be done and made sure that my husband could maneuver around the house. He is meticulous about his work and is very tidy. We are so please with our new floors and would highly recommend Paul and his team to anyone looking for new flooring.
