We had an amazing experience with this company! I had gathered 5 quotes for this project, and it was an easy decision to go with this company. Paul, the owner, came over to quote the project, and he was so kind, caring, and knowledgable not only about our current flooring, but also the best options to replace it with. Matt, the installer of our LVP flooring, was very experienced and did an absolutely incredible job with the flooring and also all of the little details as well. We did run into a slight snag when we discovered our subfloors were not level and needed to be replaced before the flooring could be laid down. Paul was quick to evaluate the issue, come up with a plan that was priced fairly, and got the project moving again without a disruption to the schedule. The level of care, consideration to detail, timeliness, and responsiveness of this team made this a truly great experience. We are so grateful that we now have sturdy, even, and absolutely beautiful floors. We would definitely recommend reaching out to this company for any of your flooring needs.

My experience with FCI was fantastic. Working with Paul from the beginning made choosing my LVP flooring very easy. All throughout the process he promptly addressed any questions that I had. Paul also came to see everything once it was finished. The installation went very smoothly. Matt and Brian were wonderful. It was a big job and they were professional in handling everything. They were polite, prompt, efficient, respectful of my home and answered any questions along the way. I definitely recommend Floor Coverings International for any flooring that you need.

I had several estimates for a vinyl tile floor for my kitchen, half bath and stairs to back door and basement. No pressure and professional estimate prepared. Was able to schedule installation at a convenient time. I could not be happier with the finished product. Eric and his coworker answered any questions I had. Paul gave the estimate, Scott oversaw the job. The work area was cleaned up. This was a relatively small job and the attention to detail would allow me to recommend highly.

We honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience! From the very beginning, Paul was fantastic to work with. He was hands-on, honest, informative, and made the entire process so easy. He took the time to answer every question we had and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating they were. We had family coming into town, and they worked with our timeline to make sure everything was finished before they arrived. That level of customer service meant so much to us. The installation team did an incredible job, and the attention to detail really shows. Our new carpet and LVP flooring upstairs have completely transformed our home. It honestly feels like we’re walking into a different house! If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work, we highly recommend them. Thank you for making our vision a reality. We couldn’t be happier!
