Material Quality – 10/10 Jason came with tons of samples and actually helped me figure out what worked best for our family of six—no pressure, no upselling. I showed him something I liked online, and he made it happen. The flooring and the underlayment are both great quality. Professionalism of the Crew – 10/10 With four kids and two dogs, I was nervous about having a crew here, but they were incredible. Quiet, respectful, let me know the plan for the day, cleaned up after themselves, and even helped move furniture. No stress, no mess. Communication – 10/10 His response time is unmatched. If I texted, he texted right back. It made everything so easy. Timeliness & Reliability – 10/10 We needed the project done in two weeks. He didn’t just say “yes” to get the job—he checked with his team and was upfront about the timeline. They started as soon as materials arrived and finished exactly when he promised. He even came to my house to pick up the deposit. If he said he’d do something, he did it. Value for Cost – 10/10 Jason sent multiple quote options without me asking—different materials, with or without a stair runner, budget-friendly vs. higher-end. Everything was clear and fair, and his pricing beat the other companies I contacted by a mile. Extra Shoutout Pam, one of Jason’s project managers, was wonderful. She checked in throughout the project and kept me updated. Months later, I asked her for a copy of the proposal, and she sent it within five minutes. They’re just on top of everything."
