Wes and his crew were fantastic. They installed carpet throughout our entire home, and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. We did some prep work ahead of time, and they still jumped in to help with the larger furniture, which made a big difference. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted, and the whole process was handled professionally from start to finish. If you’re in the Blacklick area or nearby, I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Found the company on google and based on the reviews decided to give them a call. Wes was great! Very personable yet professional. Called him for an unexpected subfloor repair in a newly purchased home. He had a guy(Salvador) come out within a week and get the repair completed same day. He did an awesome job. The cost of repair including material and labor was very affordable. I will definitely be reaching out to Wes in future for all of my flooring needs.

We had a very tight turnaround with buying a house and getting it re-carpeted before moving in, and Wes worked with me to get everything in motion. One of his installers had an issue where they couldn’t come on the originally schedule date, and even then, Wes was able to find a solution. The carpet was still installed on the day we had planned, and it turned out beautifully — it really makes the home feel brand new. We are very grateful to have had the experience we had with this company. Being first time home buyers it was all very new to us and we are more than pleased.

We had a great experience with Wes at FCI! He walked us through all of our flooring options and never pushed us to go one way or another. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the material and the install process. The crew was quick and efficient, and did a great job with the install. Throughout the process Wes was communicative and checked in on how things were progressing. We would recommend FCI of East Columbus to anyone needing new flooring!
