Buyer beware! This man was not forthcoming with pricing. Quoted me $834 for 24 sq ft flooring and toilet install. I had already bought the LVP and toilet. His workers did not know how to install the toilet and thus it did not get done. Only $30 was removed from total. When I asked for a detailed ledger for pricing, I was not provided with one. So $800 for 24 sq ft of flooring installation. Should have done it myself.

Happier then words in express! My hubby (of 41 yrs) & I would OFTEN talk of ripping up carpet in kitchen but never had the $$. He died few months ago. I used his small life insurance. This is FOR him!

Wes was absolutely fabulous from start to finish with my flooring replacement project from A-Z! He did a great job explaining the cost effective options to address the water damage around the fridge from repairing the area using extra material to a full floor replacement. As we discussed these options he was able to identify other areas of the existing flooring that were needing to be addressed due to poor installation of previous floor (done before I purchased this condo) that justified a full flooring replacement. Given the state of the existing flooring he explained the replacement process and gave potential pitfalls that could be uncovered once the existing flooring was removed along with what would be done to address these potential issues AND took pictures of the before and after as these potential issues became a reality. He also let me know when if the potential concern was or was not a reality. He laid different payment options available and offered an all cash discount without hesitation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WES for any flooring project and am completely satisfied with choosing him to address my flooring needs!
