Great experience from start to finish with Floor Coverings International Cincinnati. Jay our sales rep and Katie the manager were helpful in explaining the prices and the process of the project. We had Red Oak hardwood floors installed in rooms where there was carpet before. All the esisting floors were already gardwood and the crew matched up stain color exactly to the exsisting hardwood floors l, allowing for a beautiful flow from the newly installed to the exsisting. The crew they sent out did an amazing job! Had two issues during the project come up but Jay, Katie and the crew provided detailed solutions and went above and beyond to get the issues resolved immediatley and noyhing less than our complete satisfaction. Working with FCI, and particularly Jay Siebert, has been the highlight of our experience of reconstruction after significant water damage to our home. Jay was knowledgeable, forthcoming, and patient. He was also a great communicator throughout the process. Our new floors look fabulous!

Cannot recommend. 5000+ sq ft job on a custom home. Premium LVP floor is terrible--creaking and shifting. Worse than before. Did not properly prep floor before installing. They had to install LVP twice because the first time was so atrocious. They reused damaged planks which were supposed to be tossed aside, but were not. They used my sliding miter saw to cut the LVP planks for the job, then lied about it. Carpet has overlapping padding which you can feel in many spots. They had to install carpet twice because it was cut wrong from the manufacturer and chose to install it anyhow, taking the "let's see if they notice" approach They damaged my marble threshold and baseboard installing the carpet. Every time they came back to "fix" something they didn't do right the first time, they caused more damage The scale, severity, and cost to remediate the issues can not be understated.

I left a review from a different inquiry you asked for. I am not going to retype my entire review, however we were not happy with the service. Floors look fine but it was a lengthy (too long) ordeal with very poor communication.

Katie Fitzgerald did an amazing job replacing carpet with hardwood in the Master BR and Den in my new apartment at Deupree House II. Not only is the result absolutely beautiful (and getting great compliments), Katie is one of the best suppliers I have worked with ever, bar none. Her communication skills are superior. Additionally, she has a can-do attitude that cannot be beat. Her follow through was remarkable. If Katie says she will get it done, she does. If there is an issue, she alerts you immediately. Her quote was spot on and even foresaw some issues, factored those in and came in lower than others. I am beyond satisfied. See photos for the beautiful results.

The quality of their products are exceptional. We had new carpet and luxury vinyl installed. There were some issues with the initial installers and their work. We also had issues with the installation of the luxury vinyl not adhering to the floor. The manager worked with the manufacturer to prove an issue with the adhesive. They made it right and we received a complete reinstallation of the vinyl with different installers. The owner went the extra mile to ensure we were happy after completion of the job.

We love our new carpet! Jay Seibert made the process of replacing our carpet so easy! He came to our house and brought samples with him. The installers were very professional and completed the installation in one day. I highly recommend using Floor Coverings International Cincinnati East for any flooring needs.
