The quality of their products are exceptional. We had new carpet and luxury vinyl installed. There were some issues with the initial installers and their work. We also had issues with the installation of the luxury vinyl not adhering to the floor. The manager worked with the manufacturer to prove an issue with the adhesive. They made it right and we received a complete reinstallation of the vinyl with different installers. The owner went the extra mile to ensure we were happy after completion of the job.

We love our new carpet! Jay Seibert made the process of replacing our carpet so easy! He came to our house and brought samples with him. The installers were very professional and completed the installation in one day. I highly recommend using Floor Coverings International Cincinnati East for any flooring needs.

We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. I love the convenience of the sales rep coming to our home and bringing a variety of samples. I appreciated how our sales rep, Jay, was a part of the process from the beginning to the very end, including installation. They are no pressure sales and went above and beyond to work with my budget. We carpeted the main floor and entire basement and won’t hesitate to use them when we re-carpet the upstairs!

We had a great experience with Jay at Floor Coverings International in Cincinnati after water damage to our lower level carpet. He was very prompt and courteous and extremely helpful in finding comparable flooring to our discontinued carpet. He also helped navigate the insurance coverage. The installation crew was very efficient and took great care moving the furniture and replacing it when finished. A great job all around and I would highly recommend this company.

Jay and Kati were both easy to work with. Both were thorough and very responsive. You could tell that they both cared about the project and my satisfaction. The installers were hard-working and addressed any issues and asked questions as they worked. We are extremely happy with the results! I would definitely recommend working with them.

Floor Coverings International helped transform our basement and stairs! This work was completed a few weeks ago but I wanted to submit photos with our review after the painters were done which was finished yesterday. Katie - our Floor Coverings designer - helped us find flooring safe to put in our basement. She's incredibly patient as it took me a while to figure out the color and style as we wanted bright and contemporary. She also had our stair treads custom made, beautiful and very solid. There were some final details needing to be addressed and Katie arranged all of that. Thankful for this major transformation!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new carpeting from FCI! Jay, our salesperson, was exceptional being personable, responsive, and knowledgeable of their many products. We particularly liked the fact that he came to our home. They installed wall-to-wall carpeting in our living room/dining room and bedroom. They removed carpeting from the stairs to the 2nd floor and replaced it with new treads and a runner. The carpet installers were magical - I defy anyone to find a seam. Everything looks wonderful! It was one of the easiest projects we've done because promises were made and kept, with timing being spot on. Thank you FCI for a great job.
