Pete had a suggestion/solution & said he could be out in 3 days with samples. The install was done 2 weeks later & Richard took his time & did a great job. The price was reasonable. Very pleased from start to finish."

"Probably the biggest mistake we made about this flooring was to postpone it as long as we did. We have this very large Victorian in Lincoln Park that we started to restore from scratch FIFTY years ago and when it came to the second floor flooring we thought "No more! Too tired! No one will see it." But the second floor had seriously ugly and very squeaky porch flooring and FCI gave an unbeatable proposal and truly Frad Astaire and Ginger Rogers could glide across it.
