"Floor Coverings International provided the best customer service and installation process that I have ever experienced with remodeling. After George visited us at our home, I showed him a porcelain tile I loved that is in our master bathroom. Although the same tile was no longer available, George and Ray were able to find a similar one that I loved. The installers were very professional and worked 10-12 hours each day for 7 straight days to complete the job. They had to remove old slate tile from our large kitchen, laundry room, and half bathroom. Then they had to install new cement board and more cement to fix the unevenness that was causing the previous tiles to pop up. After they laid the new tile and grouted it, they cleaned up everything and moved back all the furniture and appliances that I could not move myself. My floors look gorgeous! I will never consider anyone else for future flooring needs and highly recommend them to all my friends and family! (Pictures not provided because plumbing and electrical work are being completed in there. )"
