I was nervous about the process of getting new carpet and all that was involved, and Eric and his team at Floor Covering International made the process so easy and I was confident that all would go well. Everything looks amazing and I would not hesitate to use this team again in the future! The installers were courteous and handled everything, including a nice cleanup at the end. I am very pleased with every interaction I had with the company

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International for your next update. This company is straight up high class! Knowledge, timeline, cleanup, and pricing of my fireplace and foyer were handled honestly and with ease. This team did a GREAT job and worked hard to finish even with some hiccups that were uncovered during the teardown. We will definitely use them for any other updates going forward. Thank you for the beautiful foyer & fireplace update & just in time for Christmas!!

We had a great experience with this flooring company. Having the mobile showroom come right to our house made picking the perfect LVP floor so easy. Patricia was super helpful and guided us to the right choice for our home. Installation went smoothly and everything looks amazing. We’re really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!

We recently hired Flooring International to redo the entire first floor of our Cape house. For full disclosure, the project got off to a rough start—the initial subcontractors did a poor job, and it did not come out the way co - owner Matt Beauregard had assured us it would. HOWEVER, this is where the company truly shined. Matt stepped in immediately to take accountability. He was incredibly attentive, conscientious, and clearly cared about the quality of the work. He apologized profusely and stayed on top of the project until everything was fixed to a high standard. He and his brother poured their heart and souls into fixing every issue that had arisen and stayed late into the night working (when we were away). We later found out that Matt had immediately fired those subcontractors as he himself was shocked and so disappointed and said he would never work with them again. In the end, the floors look great. While there was some initial drama, seeing a business owner stand by their work like that is rare. I would recommend Flooring International and Matt based on their integrity and the final result and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. In fact I now definitely know that I can definitely rely on them!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Fred was amazing to work with—extremely knowledgeable, easy to reach, and genuinely took the time to educate us throughout the process. His communication and guidance made everything seamless, and the floors turned out beautifully. Highly recommend this company, and especially Fred! He will definitely be the person I call for any future flooring needs! My photos don't do the job justice but I will take more and come back to post them later. Thanks Fred!!!

From the first visit with Randy I felt confident that our project would be handled professionally. He was punctual, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and gave a competitive estimate.
