Jim is the proud owner of Floor Coverings International in the Capital District. After 30 successful years in the Information Technology industry, Jim purchased a Floor Coverings International franchise in 2021. Jim is passionate about helping clients find the perfect flooring solutions for their homes and businesses. His dedication to exceptional customer service and attention to detail ensures every project exceeds expectations. In his spare time, Jim works with the students with RPI in the entrepreneurship program, serves as a trustee on the board of Make a Wish of Northeastern New York, and is a Wish Granter.
Andrew works as our Business Development Manager. Andrew is a seasoned veteran of the tile and flooring industry with over 30 years of experience on the manufacturing, sales, design and installation sides of the business. Born and raised in the Capital Region of NY, his family has owned and operated a tile and marble installation business for 38 years. He also spent time at American Stone in Westchester and New York City supervising the design, sales and manufacture of custom stone tiles, finishes and mosaics for high-end bespoke interiors. Andrew has also managed numerous commercial projects for housing developments, medical facilities, and various municipal and higher learning institutions throughout the Northeast. He has worked with Architects, Interior Designers and Construction Managers from design stage to installation, as well as with homeowners on small bathroom renovations to comprehensive floor finishes for entire structures, inside and out.
Growing up in the commercial construction world and combining 15 years of experience in the residential design sector, Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge to the Floor Coverings International arena. Owning a furniture store and interior design studio in Saratoga Springs, NY, has taught me that client relationships and bringing their vision to life through my eyes is what design is all about,” says Jamie. With two young sons heavily involved in sports and extracurricular activities, Jamie understands that a space should be well-executed for daily life, but also visibly appealing. A house shouldn’t just be a house; it should feel like home.

like stains on a stain-resistant carpet are addressed.

important to note that these warranties generally do not cover regular
wear and tear, and their typical duration is up to ten years.
