Having put in a number of phone calls and emails looking for someone to install a tub surround and knowing I would have to wait for their responses, Jared Browning from Floor Coverings International called me the very day I sent him an email, came over that afternoon, we looked at my project, two days later he came over with his installer so he could see the job first hand. That was on a Friday, the following Friday the job was completely done. I'm very impressed with this company. Having learned that all tubs surrounds do not fit all tubs there was a concern on my part that the surround wouldn't fit. Jared Brownings response was, we will make it work, don't worry. Qusay was the installer, he was courteous and professional and did a great job. Not only did he install my surround, add studs, do drywall work, he installed an outlet that I've wanted for 9 years. I called two other electricians prior to meeting with Jared and they both told me they would have to open up my drywall which is never fun. Qusay found a way to install the outlet through my bathroom wall and no drywall had to be opened up. Now I will never have to go and look for an electrician, a plumber, a drywaller, a painter or a remodeler. I will just call Floor Coverings International because they do everything. And the price I was quoted was very fair and reasonable. So happy I took the call.

Had the chance to do some work for Kenny and FCI in their office. While there, customers came in to speak with Kenny and his staff, and Kenny went above and beyond answering questions they had, and treating them with kindness and professionalism. The staff was friendly and polite. The product we selected is nice. My wife's comment was disappointing since the floor has no shine. She felt the image from the samples didn't give the same information. Thank you.

I can’t say enough good things about out our experience getting new flooring in my husband’s office. Bertha, the owner, was so responsive and helpful. She was able to perfectly match our existing floors. Edgar and the team who did the install were incredibly detail-oriented and respectful. The team put a tiny nick in the wall and took the time to patch and paint the area. The floors turned out beautiful. We plan to have this company out again soon to do more flooring work on our staircase and upstairs loft. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Natalie helped me with carpet installation throughout my home, including down the stairs to the basement. Her company did an amazing job with the actual work, but more importantly for me, she is a delightful person and super easy to work with. I would hire Natalie in a heartbeat to install any flooring in the future.

Floor Coverings International did an awesome job installing the flooring in my 70 year old home. They had to remove a hardwood floor that had been destroyed by water, put in a new subfloor, and then install the new LVP. They did a great job… you should give them a call if you’re in the market for flooring.

Easy, professional and great looking new floor. Absolute pleasure working with Andrew and his team to have a new floor installed in our office. From start to finish the communication and updates were appreciated . Rachel in the office called with regular updates. The crew showed up on time on installation day and worked efficiently to get the job done. New floor looks great and was a fair price. Owen and his folks did a wonderful job on the floors in our condo!! Our condo was a rental unit before we bought it, so it looked pretty worn. The wood floors in our living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways needed sanding and refinishing. And we wanted to replace the bedroom carpeting with wood to match the existing floors. Owen searched high and low for planks to match the existing floors, and he made a perfect match. He also did a wonderful job deciphering our condominium’s underlayment requirements and finding the needed materials. As they worked, Owen’s team patched some planks that showed water damage in the kitchen. He gave us great advice on stain colors and finishes. His team’s work was meticulous and beautiful!! Owen communicated well with us and the staff at our condominium. He and his team worked within our condo's guidelines, arrived when they said they would, and finished on time. I'd use Floor Coverings International again in a heartbeat. I'd recommend them without hesitation!

When I was researching opinions on Floor Coverings International, I encountered a comment that said to avoid them because they are a chain. That comment is partially right. It is a chain and that means quality can vary by location. The owner of this location, Jason Andler, cares greatly about quality of the job and customer satisfaction. During pre-sales, I expressed concern that the higher pile carpet might cause some of the doors to drag. Jason said if that happened, he would send someone in to shave off the bottom of the doors. And it did happen with two doors and he did send a handyman to shave the bottoms off. Also, I ordered an extra sound absorbing layer as part of the package. Jason suggested that while the old carpet was up, the sub-floor be fortified with screws to reduce the chance of it moving, which can be a source of noise. That was done, personally by Jason, before the carpet was installed. Then after the installation, he came by and added supports underneath the stairs in order to reduce creaking. This is stuff I feel that I wouldn't have gotten if I had purchased the carpet from a big box store. And it was all included at no extra charge.
