Great experience from first meeting to completed project, great price, quality and workmanship. David and Jeremy both very professional, attentive to our requests and vision, honest and delivered what they promised. When the crew finished, everything was clean and vacuumed. Local and family owned- which we admire and believe they truly care about their neighbors. Highly recommend and will use them in the future on other projects.

FCI did an amazing and outstanding job on our 100 year old floors. The floors had not been done for several years and the finished job is OUTSTANDING. Jeremy the project coordinator kept us informed and worked along with us according to our availability and hectic schedule. David was both extremely personable and professional when he came to assess our flooring project. He was tidy and treated our home the way we would. Most importantly, he really listened to our concerns and desires about our flooring needs. The in-home assessment and proposal was thorough yet efficient. He was thoughtful about our time, but we never felt rushed. Patiently, he answered all of our questions and presented a set of samples that was responsive to our direction. The work was done seamlessly exactly as it was explained. David and his team communicated with us every step of the way. We’re delighted with the final product, but we’re even more thankful that we chose FCI of Southern Westchester to do it!

When an unexpected subfloor issue was discovered mid-project — something I had no idea about — David didn’t just flag it and walk away. Had a wonderful experience working with David on installing our wooden floors. We had carpet floors and couldn’t figure out which color we wanted. David was super patient with us and even left his samples for us to see it in different lighting of the day, even making multiple trips. Many other quotes we received used pressure tactics by giving same day decision discount prices. Did not have that issue with Floor Coverings International. They gave a competitive rate and were dedicated on making sure we were happy with the final project. At no point of time was there any lapse of communication on their end and went above and beyond in our installation. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely continue to use their services.
