We found the installation of our new carpet to be a breeze. The nicest person came directly to our house to show us various carpet options for us to choose from. They were able to install it on schedule and the workers were professional and cleaned up afterwards. We couldn't be happier with the service and price. I will definitely use them again.

Thanks to the Westchester Home Show we met David Becker and he introduced us to his company and we coordinated a visit for a free estimate for our floors. We agreed on the terms and the price and agreed on which date to begin the project. He introduced the person who will be working with us and from that moment on the communication was constant. Jeremy guided us step by step on the stages of the job and answered all of our questions. The workers were on time, knowledgable and respectful. Juan, one of the workers, took time to listen to my requests and concerns and gave me an explanation of what he was planning to do in order that I could be reassured that he was doing what I wanted done. They did an excellent job and removed all the garbage. In addition, they helped us by placing the furniture back in place. You can see the before and after in the pictures. It was a pleasure for us to enjoy their accomplished work immediately. Looks great! I really recommend Floor Coverings International. I know that in the future I can rely on them to meet all my flooring needs. We can see the pictures.

Had two staircases done. One wall to wall and another one a runner. Both are magnificent! They took.care of the ordering, installation and clean up. Very efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish! The craftsmanship of the installer is clear in the pictures. So pleased and no regrets!

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International replacing the floors in my mother’s apartment. The floors look beautiful, the team worked quickly, and communication was excellent throughout. David, Jeremy, and the team were professional, proactive, and very easy to work with. They also helped navigate the co-op paperwork and logistics, which made the process seamless. Highly recommend.

I tried FCI of Southern Westchester because I liked the model of them coming to you to show you your options right in your home. We had an entry-hall floor and carpeted stairs done by FCI; they both look great. David and Jeremy were extremely attentive, responsive and easy to work with. Great experience from first meeting to completed project, great price, quality and workmanship. David and Jeremy both very professional, attentive to our requests and vision, honest and delivered what they promised. When the crew finished, everything was clean and vacuumed. Local and family owned- which we admire and believe they truly care about their neighbors. Highly recommend and will use them in the future on other projects.
