I bought a home with some carpets that needed to go. Joel came out and was so friendly and helpful, gave me lots of options and helped schedule laminate installation later that week! Alex and his team came out and were so respectful, efficient, and did a beautiful job on the floors! We have another carpet we plan on replacing soon and will absolutely be calling Floor Coverings International for the job.

Floor Coverings International were amazing!!! Brieann was wonderful with bringing samples, measurements, and coordinating everything. Kevin and his install team were great! They respected my home and very professional. They worked so incredibly hard from beginning of day till end. They were very tidy and cleaned up from themselves everyday. They removed over 2,000 sq ft of old LVP that was glued down 10 years ago and buckling from another company who did not even floors out. They evened all the floors out and even did a small repair of our downstairs from another company that did work 5 years ago. I so wished I would have known about them in 2020 when we had a flood downstairs. It would have saved us a lot of money and headache getting it done the right way. Their product is beautiful!!! They aren’t the cheapest but without a doubt worth every penny in craftsmanship and customer service. We have referred them to many neighbors and friends.

Mike is one of the nicest,and most important a very honest guy.Not only was this my first impression but has a sense of humor but also very professional. I personally will never call anyone else when it comes to my flooring. Mike's crew also was very professional with a great attitude who went out of there way to disconnect and move things for us. Cannot reccomend enough! Very communicative every step of the way. I knew exactly what to expect. they had 3 rooms done in 7 hours and even still worked during this snowstorm. great quality and highly affordable!

Contacted Floor Covering International (FCI) to get quoted for a carpet stair runner. Justin from FCI responded immediately to my Yelp inquiry and provided me an "estimated price range" unlike other companies, which demand I call them first. I liked the fact that FCI went ahead to quote me an approximate cost, which compelled me to proceed with a free on site estimate. Justin arrived for the estimate with his mobile showroom in a Van and showed us dozens of carpet samples and explained lots of options on how the runner could look. Justin was very attentive to the details of our project and quoted a very fair price. Based on his service, we decided to forgo other estimates with other vendors, as we locked in the project and paid a small deposit to get the material ordered. Installation day was seamless as Diego and Sebastian came on site to go over the project and once it was completed, Justin arrived to check out the great work, showing passion, attentiveness and commitment to great customer service. The end result speaks for itself, see pictures attached! Overall, A+++ work plus A+++ service is a combo that cannot be beat, as we experienced stellar service from the day I requested the quote to end of installation from the entire FCI team. I could not recommend them enough, they were awesome and i felt compelled to write this review because of how great this project went!

Chris was great to work with & helped us choose the perfect waterproof laminate floor for our home! The installers did a phenomenal job! Chris & Jason did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied & happy! Great company & people to work with!
