We had a great experience working with Keith at Floor Coverings International. Keith was fantastic from the start. He spent a lot of time with us, walked through our options, answered all our questions, and really helped us figure out the best approach for our family room. We never felt rushed or pressured, and it was clear he genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision. We now have our estimate and look forward to hiring Keith in the coming months to install the flooring. It's refreshing to work with someone who is so knowledgeable, patient, and willing to put in the extra effort. Highly recommend Keith and Floor Coverings International!

Keith had a lot to navigate with this one. Old ignored camp in the Adirondacks is not going to look like it is loved. The team made sure the subfloor was addressed and had so many options to pick from but with the guidance from the team we have exactly what we wanted for a seasonal home and the challenges the temp. Changes of seasonal conditions were addressed that I didn’t think of. Great team and patient support

Thank you very much for the smooth and great selection and installation of our new carpeting. I know it was a much bigger job than first anticipated but it turned out beautifully. We are pleased with the quality of the product and the service we received.

Kieth and his team were great! We have an old home so the floors appeared to be unfinished and overall just in bad shape. The process to get them done was very smooth, the crew were nice, and the overall experience was positive. I would definitely recommend!

The entire process was efficient and easy. Keith brought the carpet samples to our home (many from which to choose) and advised what would be best for our particular situation. The ordering of the carpet and installation took place in a timely fashion. The installation was very well done and we are extremely pleased with the carpet. Highly recommend this company!

Great business to work with. Keith was responsive, and moved the process quickly. Dave showed up right on time and the quality of his work was top notch. It was a simple stretch and repair to a couple carpets after some water damage, but they gave it the attention of a much bigger job. I recommend FCI without reservation!

My downstairs floors were old and in bad shape and are now like new! I recently had them refinished through this company and I couldn’t be more pleased. It was such an easy, hassle free experience. I have had floors replaced in other rooms in the past couple of years by local contractors using the typical materials offered in the stores in my area and the floor products that were available to me don’t come close in quality and variety to those offered by FCI. I truly wish I knew about FCI then.
