If I could give zero stars, I would. We scheduled an in-home flooring estimate for 10:00 a.m. at our home in Osseo, Minnesota. We rearranged our morning to be available for the appointment, but no one ever showed up. Even more disappointing, no one called, texted, or emailed to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. What concerns me the most isn’t just the missed appointment—it’s the complete lack of communication and respect for a potential customer’s time. If this is how a company handles the very first interaction with a prospective customer, it raises serious concerns about what the experience would be like during an actual flooring installation. Everyone can have an unexpected delay, and I would have understood that. What I cannot understand is failing to communicate at all. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

It was a pleasure working with FCI and Devin in particular. He was highly knowledgeable and help educate me on the critical things to consider when selecting LVP flooring. And there was a wide selection of products from which to choose. I highly recommend considering FCI.

Incredible customer service. So yes they installed new carpet the next day.( This never happens) But they also were able to come the next day to stretch other carpet. I was putting my home in the market and well let’s just say they went above and BEYOND. So if you thinking about it don’t Just use them and save yourself some time. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International of Alpharetta. I got quotes from several different companies, including the big box stores, and I’m so glad we chose a local business. Not only were they the most competitively priced, but they also had a better selection of flooring options than many of the larger companies. Eric and his team were professional, patient, and never made us feel rushed during the decision-making process. Our project ended up being a little more complicated than expected, but they took the extra time and care to make sure everything was done right. The finished result looks fantastic, and it’s clear they truly care about the quality of their work and their customers’ satisfaction. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
