He was pleasant, knowledgable and accommodating of the unusual schedule necessary for our job. The workers who installed the flooring worked efficiently with close attention to detail. We appreciate the work ethics, and skills of all people involved. Our flooring is the Pergo Ember Coast, we are very pleased with the product, quality and look. Joe was very insightful and helpful with the choices we were looking for our new floor in the living room, dining and kitchen area. The color of our floor matches beautifully our furniture. Everything was done timely and professionally. We also added carpet to one of our bedroom. It was done well. Joe was present throughout the whole installation and made sure the work was done with perfection. We are very happy with our new floor.

Excellent experience! Joe and team were professional, polite, dilligent and produced a great end-result. We had wall-to-wall wool carpeting installed on our second floor and are beyond pleased with the results. The selection to choose from and the pricing were great and the whole process ran smoothly. On my initial review I gave a Joe from IFC a 3 after the job was completed I must say Joe and his team were excellent . The whole experience was great. They showed up on time and completed the project on time and Luis and Joe were cordial and professional. And I would highly recommend the whole team . They made the experience a no brainer

I am thoroughly pleased with my new wood floors. The installation process, handled by Keith and his crew, was completed within 2 days for 700 square feet, including tile tear-out. Keith's professionalism shone through as he effectively addressed my concerns while selecting the perfect product. Our 4-month search ultimately led us to engineered hardwood, and I couldn't be more delighted.
