Recently needed a new floor and interacted with several contractors in the process, FCI stood out for being the most professionally run, responsive and nimble operation of them all. With the cherry on top being their showroom on wheels coming right to your doorstep allowing you to see product samples in your own space. Joe, the President and owner of the franchise, is an absolute delight to deal with and an all around great guy. He is himself very knowledgable and has access to an even deeper wealth of knowledge in his production manager who has decades of industry specific experience in the local region. This is a locally run small business that deploys the modern day tools, expertise and professionalism that many bigger outfits are lacking. FCI ensures that all installations are to manufacturer specifications and stands behind the quality of the products sold by them by providing support with servicing the manufacturer warranties, they also provide limited time warranties on their installation services. I highly recommend working with them.

Joe and his team did an incredible job on our LVP project in Mount Kisco. He made the whole process easy—from material selection to installation. The workmanship was clean and precise, and the crew treated the home with respect. Joe clearly cares deeply about customer service, and it shows in every step. The new floors look fantastic. We carpeted part of an unfinished basement to finish it for a kids' playroom. The carpet was perfect for this space, and the finished job was excellent. Joe was very knowledgeable, made great suggestions, and took accurate estimates of the space. Since we wanted low pile and not too high of a cost for a playroom, he had lots of options to show us. The carpet came in quickly once ordered, and Keith was flexible for the installation date, which was a day later! We would highly recommend working with these honest, efficient craftsmen.

Joe, Kieth and his crew were outstanding! Got it all done in a day (2 bedrooms and stairs). Had an issue with manufactures run on one section, they totally replaced the section within 2 days. Could not be happier with the service or the product
