The communication was good. Was nice not to make a trip to an actual store to pick out the carpet. They came for initial consultation and carried lots of samples in the van. Walked them right into the house and I could see what carpet sample would look like right there in my room. The bound edges carpet piece for stairway looks real nice. Installer left the space cleaned up and was very nice. however the piece for upstairs landing and hallway had a wrinkle defect. So obviously this was the carpet manufacturers fault not installer or Floor Coverings International. Was glad that the installer did not go ahead and attempt to use or smooth, had professional sense to refuse it and alert the team. Rush order was made to get the piece in. They rescheduled came back on Dec 23rd. So was done just before thr holiday which was appreciated. Would use Floor Coverings International again and recommend for home carpeting.

Brian 💯 makes sure his customers are taken care of and happy with product and installation. Does a walkthrough upon completion to make sure everything is perfect. Robert was the best salesman. He also wants to make sure customers are 💯 satisfied. Excellent communication too. Installers did a beautiful job with our luxury vinyl plank flooring.

Love, love, love my new floor! It was installed quickly and professionally. We did have a small issue and it was taken care of in a timely matter. Brian, our sales man, did a great job of explaining all of our choices and made sure we were all on the same page. I would definitely get flooring from Floor Coverings International again

Floor Coverings International was great to work with from start to finish. I shopped and compared many local retailers. FCI brings their products to you so you can see them immediately in your setting. The choices are immense. FCI has among the highest quality product offerings. Many retailers are pushing luxury vinyl tile. FCI offers real wood laminate, a natural product that shows all the beauty nature can provide. Brian had eternal patience as looked over all the styles, patterns and colors. I selected floor coverings for 5 different areas. Once I made my decision, FCI worked around my schedule. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to delay the installation start. But once underway, the installations went very smoothly, spanning three separate days. My new floors are beautiful. Selection, schedule flexibility, installation quality, communication and bottom line price were all excellent.

Floor Coverings International did a great job installing new carpets in our upstairs bedrooms. They were respectful of our things and moved them in and out of the rooms seamlessly. They even pointed out to me when replacement padding on under the carpets wasn't necessary, saving me some $$. Also, it was so nice to have the samples delivered to the house and not have to go to a showroom to pick out carpets.
