Big fan of floor coverings international. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. During the planning and decision making process they were accommodating and never overbearing. They listened well to my preferences and gave me options until we found a product that I was fully satisfied with. When discussing install options they answered all my questions, and described everything in detail with precise information about what would be the best for my house and situation. Install was fast but not lacking in quality. Having a house under construction is no small burden especially having small kids in the home, so I really appreciated that install only took about 3 days. As a past DIY-er I closely monitored their install process- and they did not skip any steps or cut any corners. Their prep of the concrete floor prior to laying the vinyl was thorough and impressive. They were also very careful and accurate around the feature wall that I had installed last year. I am in love with my new floors and the transformation they have made in my home. Highly recommend floor coverings international! Superb in every way!

Rebeckah was awesome from minute one to the very end of the project. She spent a lot of time helping us design exactly what we wanted. She met with us several times to be sure it met our expectations. The tiles are wonderful quality and the she checked in continuously throughout the instillation process to be sure we were happy. Awesome experience!

Did some research beforehand that was a mix of them being ridiculously expensive or fair priced. I am happy to say that although they couldn’t match the price of another quote, it wasn’t too far over and the rewards from Costco made it pretty much even. Not to mention that I had doubts about the other carpet options I was given but I had absolutely no doubt with Floor Coverings International. They pulled some strings to get me a sooner install date by getting the material from LA instead of Georgia, which was somewhat limited in choices, but it worked out so much that it was actually my top two choices! I ended up choosing the multi-color Perfection which I had no doubt about and I absolutely love it. The installers were professional and got it done within a day. I would and have been recommending this Costco partner. Love it. Thank you, Floor Coverings International!

I really hate writing bad reviews and I try to provide an opportunity to the business to correct the concern. However in this case I have no choice. In February of 2026 I had a sales consultant come to my house to provide an estimate for some laminate flooring. Grant it, my wife is particular about esthetics and we wanted some options to include some tile we had from another project and to match our hardwood flooring. We provided the salesperson tile and hardwood samples. He said he would get back to us in about ten days. We exchanged a few texts about how much tile I had and then I was ghosted. In May I contacted FCI and requested my samples back as we decided not to do any modifications at the time. The manager said he would track it down and get back to me. July rolls around and I had not heard anything, so I wrote in on the company web site and got a response the next day and then a text from the manager saying sorry but we could not locate the samples and we must have thrown them out when we cleaned out the truck. No mention of compensation or a path forward just a simple sorry. Hard wood floors get damaged over time and I have very little of the original left over to fix what gets damaged now I have one less piece along with a piece of tile. I get the it’s going to be a difficult job of matching what we wanted but to simple ghost me for several months then lose my samples I provided in good faith is not acceptable to me. As I said, this is only the second negative review I have left and 8 tried several times to remedy the situation before writing this. Please proceed with caution when using this company as I feel there are better alternatives out there.

We had been putting off replacing our carpet for years due to the amount of work required. Floor Coverings International made us feel at ease with the project and gave us an accurate estimate of the amount of time required. The crew that took up the old carpet and laid the new were so impressive! They were very professional and hardworking and did an amazing job! We are beyond satisfied with the result.

Had such a positive and seamless experience with them! We loved working with Janie when discussing options for our stairs. She was super attentive and didn’t pressure or rush us to make any decisions. Will definitely contact them again to do our upstairs carpet in the future!
