Great experience from start to finish! Janie was amazing. Answered all our questions and responded quickly to every additional question I texted her. Kevin was friendly, helpful and kept us informed. The crew was great as well. Flooring and baseboards are absolutely beautiful. I had several estimate meetings. Save yourself the headache and call FCI first.

I looked at numerous companies to install new floors in my home. I wanted engineered wood. This one got the job because when I walked in the store the owner was so informative and educated me on the downside of any wood floors in Las Vegas. Also they were much more expensive than luxury vinyl. Turns out I fell in love with the luxury vinyl. As Brad said, it’s not your grandmothers linoleum floor! So I saved a lot of money and now have beautiful new floors. The installation crew was exceptional. Meticulous, organized, hard working and clearly took great pride in their work. On the last day before they left they cleaned my whole house. They were so nice and worked together like a Swiss watch. I can’t recommend this business strongly enough.

While the salesperson was polite -Travis, the samples he showed for carpet leave me with questions. He said all products are Shaw and showed us samples that were Meridian. When our samples arrived, they were all Shaw. The samples did not appear to be equal to what we were shown at our home. When questioned I was told that Meridian is their "store brand" and he sent Shaw. Why did he not just show us Shaw.

Great job. 3 people removed old carpet, moved the furniture and put in wonderful new carpet. Put back all the furniture. Took about 5 hours so pleasant and. Story is wonderful.

So all goes well for measurement and appointment. They are the Costco company for Shaw flooring. They ask about other quotes I have received, they come in higher than the other places. This is where they don't even bother to give you a written quote. They mentioned talking to Shaw to see if they can get prices lower since they were about 4k higher than the other two companies we had received quotes from. I followed up 3 times but never received a written quote. I was potentially willing to go with their company since they have Costco backing even if slightly higher in price but they never gave me the chance to even consider them.

Travis was our sales rep who came over to give us an estimate and measure our home and seemed very nice. It was all business and In the end we wanted a written estimate and I asked him for his business card so we can have a point of contact we can remember by since we we had a few other companies coming over to give us an estimate. He said that he would send us his business card digitally and also a written estimate to my email which he never did. He touted how great his company was and if we agreed to going with floor coverings international that he didn't expect any other company could match a five star rating and that 4 star rating companies he wouldn't even bother trying to match their prices because they use lesser quality materials they were dealing with and also that they hired contractors to do their work. A typical salesperson thinking they are the only ones selling high quality flooring and giving me the best deal. He said he can do 3 bedrooms for $6,000 . That seemed really high for 2 small bedrooms and a master bedroom. I was expecting more like under $4,000. Well based on him not following through, I would say the customer service here sucks. I would never go with a company that doesn't follow through on what they say they are going to do. I was given thought about going with this company , but Travis was being really pushy about committing that evening and we wanted to get a few more estimates before calling him back. Since we couldn't even get an estimate written down on paper and/or emailed and his business card we figured he didn't want to do business with us or didn't care after we said we were going to get a few more estimates. Oh well, he lost this possible customer and made this company look bad all because he couldn't follow through on his word. Beware of the pushy salesman and poor customer service. That's a big sign!
