I am very happy to share that they came through and made every effort to make this right. The job was redone and it was perfect. I love my new carpet, it was exactly what I had envisioned. From the sales manager to the installers, all were very respectful of my house, my furniture and made sure they took their time during the install. I will definitely be using this company when I'm ready for more new flooring.

After a frustrating experience at Home Depot and Lowe's, Floor Covering International West was recommended to me. The salesman, Tyler, came to my home with more samples than I needed. He measured my bedroom, answered all my questions and sold us the carpeting. Truly a hassle free transaction. The carpet was professionally installed ahead of schedule and the sale was followed up by the owner of the company and the salesman, Tyler to insure my satisfaction.

We selected this company based on a recommendation from another contractor. Being new to the area this seemed like the logical route as we did not want to deal with the large chain stores. At first things were smooth, our saleman Dave was very professional and polite. He kept in touch and followed up on all questions we asked. The install itself began in a reasonable timeframe as well. But that's where it all started to go south. We had issues with the workers using the bathroom in our master bedroom instead of the half bath downstairs. This is probably something that we should have discussed before the project began but we just assumed it was common knowledge that this is a no-no. We also found nails left on our balcony and for the life of me, I don't know why they would have been out there in the first place. They used one of our bathroom sinks as a place to dump dirty water and did not bother to clean it afterwards. They went into our laundry room and took washcloths to clean up reside and then just LEFT THEM on the floor for us to dispose of. Once we paid, we realized that the carpet leading to the hallway from the bedrooms was not secured under the section leading out of the bedrooms. This is a trip hazard and it will cause the carpet to fray. We notified Dave and it took our original contractor who recommended this company to call the owner before something was done. Ridiculous! After about 4 months, we noticed the upper stairs was lifting. Again, it took multiple calls to get someone out here to correct it. Now there is a blob of glue in the groove where the repair was done and we have no idea how to remove it. My husband spoke to Dave several times and he promised to come have a look but it has been 2 week and he won't even answer his phone. And he had the audacity to ask us to give them 5 stars. Good luck reaching someone in the office!! The floors themselves are pretty. We are very happy with the color BUT our recommendation is to find the flooring you want and PICK ANOTHER COMPANY. We do NOT recommend this company.

Pedro, who manages their crew did a great job at coordinating ahead of time and following up day of to confirm our appointment. I was in the process of purchasing laminate flooring for my living room area only. I put a quote request on Angie and one of the first companies to respond was Floor Coverings International... I spoke to Mark and told him my desired flooring, room size, and project budget. He informed me the project would greatly exceed my budget. I was not willing to go over my designated budget, so he suggested that I place area rugs on the carpeting, focusing on high-traffic areas. (It made so much sense because the room is not that big, and the carpet is in good shape.) He also warned me to be aware of any company that would complete the project for what I wanted to pay. (He was right!) Thank you, Mark, for helping me make a wise and intelligent decision. You did not pressure me to use your company and remained honest and sincere throughout our conversation. You are the BEST!!

Got several bids from companies to install new laminate flooring. Mark gave us a fair bid and I'm so happy we choose to work with FCI. Mark was friendly and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout the whole process, from start to finish with the final walk through. The project manage, Pedro, has an excellent installation crew. They removed old flooring, moved furniture, and removed the baseboards without damaging them so we could reuse them. This saved some money. The install went smoothly. The crew worked quickly and in a professional manner. The install crew kept the dust levels down by sweeping and mopping often which I really appreciated since I have allergies. The crew was on time, nice, considerate, and hard working. The crew completed the job sooner than promised too. An entire 3 bedroom house in 2.5 days! They made sure we were happy with their work. I can say we are very happy! We love our new floors! They earned my respect and trust as a company. The whole team was professional and a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend Las Vegas FCI.

Let me start by saying if you’re looking for new floors, then call Mark!!! He is my Sales Consultant! He is caring, punctual, communitive, and honest!! Now for Pedro, Yuli, and the rest of the guys. I tip my hat to all of them!!! Very friendly, hard-working, professional, and knowledgeable!!! They completed the installation in 3 days!!! I was originally told 4-5 days!! They did a great job!!! Seriously, the entire team is very customer service oriented, and I could not be happier!!! I STRONGLY recommend you call and talk with Mark to get your floor project started!! IF I could give 10 stars I would!!

Floor coverings international is a great company i would highly recommend. Great customer service from start to finish. We had requested a quote on a Sunday and they were able to come the next day Mark was able give us measurements with a price that was very reasonable. We were also offered financing which was great and we chose to use. He was very nice and understanding. He also checked on us through out the process and came by to make sure the installation was going well. Installer very nice and worked fast and great quality of work. We love our floors!!

I had 4 rooms and a large walk in closet I wanted to replace the carpet in. I visited the box stores and discount stores but it was confusing. I was also worried about who would be doing the flooring. I ended up going with Costco since they had COREtec flooring. They arrived early and removed all the old carpets and baseboards. Then leveled the floors as needed. Julia and her team did a beautiful job installing the new floors! They put the baseboards back on and did all the heavy lifting of furniture. Could not have been happier. A few days later I received my $2600 Costco gift card in an email!
