    I worked with Mark Dawahare on outdoor carpet for my patio. He was professional. I very much appreciated that he did not try to up-sale me. He delivered exactly what I asked and in the time frame that was promised. I was delighted with the work and quality.

    after paying and having absolute horrible communication and service by this company, we started having issues with nails coming up on our stairs we called the company for warranty work because they are new floors and shouldn't be having any issues. we called no one answers left a voicemail. ended up calling them back multiple times across multiple days and finally got someone to answer.mauricio answers say he can come out same day to see what the issue was to fix it. to my surprise he didnt show. my wife then calls back the next day and we get a hold of someone else who gets a hold of mauricio again and begins to tell her it was pedro we spoke to not him. but somehow we have his name? he begins to tell us he can come out saturday after 12 again he does not show call or text. we get a text monday saying he will be here in 20 mins, as annoyed as we were we finally have someone coming. false hope again 20 mins come and goes, we are currently a hour waiting and he is not here must be pedros fault again. company is a joke service is a joke stay away. if you have issues after install they will just give you the run around to just avoid coming back. once they have your money good lucknew edit he finally showed up an hour late and for some reason he thought everything was funny and making excuses because other workers and he by himself. you know your time if you say 20 mins because you know you can be there in 20 mins. not an hr later if you cant do what you say your going to do give a window cant screw that up i hope.

    We met with several flooring companies and chose FCI based on our experience with Travis, the salesperson. Unfortunately, things went downhill after payment. We were promised a Monday start date, only to find out later that demo couldn't begin until Wednesday. Because we were on a tight move-in schedule, we ended up doing the demo ourselves, yet received very little credit for the work. Communication was poor throughout the project. The crew frequently used our personal tools without permission, left another customer's paperwork in our home, and repeatedly left trash behind. We also had to address unfinished work and adhesive leaking from our stairs after the install was supposedly complete. While the floors and baseboards look beautiful, the quality did not match the nearly $28,000 price tag. Within two days of moving in, the floors were already scratched from normal household items, despite us specifically expressing concerns about durability before purchasing. When we reached out, we were told the damage was not covered under warranty and were essentially blamed for it. To make matters worse, our final invoice was incorrect, and when corrected, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Overall, the experience was frustrating, stressful, and far from worth the cost. I would not recommend FCI based on our experience. UPDATE - May 2026 Floors are scratched in multiple areas. Nails are coming up on the stair bullnose. We have reached out several times, with several promises that Mauricio will come out and address the issues --- yet weeks have gone by and the issues have still not been corrected.

    Great experience from the first call with Mark to the instal completion. Carlos and his helper were professional and did a great instal. Mark was easily reached by phone for any questions or concerns. Mark walked us through the entire process. Ambi in the office was also very pleasant and professional. The carpet looks and feels great!

    The company’s Sales Representative, Mr Mark Dawahare has an excellent customer service. He made sure that everything was okay with the flooring installation before, during and after the job was completed. Also, the working crew did an excellent job with efficiency and thoroughness. Thank you!
