Thank you, Lorenzo and the entire crew, for working so hard and making my house look so beautiful! They really paid attention to detail! Thank you Rebekah and Pedro for checking in with me everyday, making sure I was completely satisfied throughout the process! Pedro put the biggest smile on my face when we did our final walk through! The whole team with Floor Coverings were great! Their selection was plentiful and we are so happy with our choice. The installation crew worked diligently and left my home very neat and tidy. I want to highlight the outstanding service I received from Mark Dawahare. He was patient, thorough, and transparent from the first conversation on, and as such, his professionalism stood out. While I ran into challenges with Floor Coverings International overall (I won’t go into them here, and will preface it by saying that overall, the final result was mostly satisfying), it’s important to distinguish that Mark consistently went above and beyond the call of duty and made himself available throughout the project and advocated for me when most sales reps would not. I hope management recognizes what an asset Mark is when it comes to ensuring customers are satisfied even when challenges, some of which are inevitable, occur during the project.

Update: I was waiting for a walk-through of my home, which was never previously done and now I've noticed potential damage to one of the LVP planks, but twice today nobody showed up despite assurances that somebody would. They also promised me free cleaning product for the floor, which they also didn't deliver on. Also, despite being told that the final price of the job was 15K, they are now trying to issue a new invoice for another $500, which is just ridiculous after their salesperson, Mark, promised me everything was squared away. This is especially disappointing considering that there was some damage done to my personal property that occurred during the job that I was willing to overlook because overall, they did a good job. So unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this company.

replaced carpeting in three bedrooms and three closets. We used floor coverings international through Costco. I felt they did a really good job at a fair price.

Replaced carpet with LVP, and also replaced old baseboards, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Mark and Pedro, who oversaw the project, were awesome to work with, including Rebecca in the office. While there was a slight hiccup in that the stair risers were initially white, they apologized and quickly corrected the error within a week. Thank you!

I had some positively shameful carpets that needed to be replaced, and this company was recommended to me through Costco. Excellent experience! Mark provided a great customer service experience, and was very engaged through the entire installation. Pedro's team knocked out the installation in two days, and the work is truly fantastic. I'm already so, so much happier with the way my home feels, and very grateful that this was the team that handled the job. Quick, painless, very reasonably priced, excellent quality product and installation - I can't recommend the experience enough. Give them your business!
