So glad we found Floor Coverings International. After a leak under our slab we need an entire tile replacement. Mark came to give us a bid that was very reasonable. He great to work with, listened to all of our thoughts and brought several samples to the house until we finally found our perfect tile. The project was completed beautifully and on time! It was a great experience from start to finish. We can’t thank enough the owner Brad and the entire team for such a professional job!

my floors look perfect. The workers who came and put them in were really nice and polite and very efficient and kept working all day long and they got done on time. The floors looked really good. I don't miss the carpet at all. I recommend them highly Travis who described the product when we decided to get it was really nice and accurate and Brad who seems to run the company seems like the perfect boss and the workers were all good and Pedro who managed the workers was also in really super efficient and nice

We had new flooring put in last week. It was done by Marc and his crew. They did an awesome job and put in 3 rooms in 3 days. That included ripping up old tile in the bathroom They moved all my furniture and When they were finished cleaned up all the dust. I highly recommend them. We were very happy.

The entire process of selecting and installing the carpet was excellent. The customer service representatives answered all our questions and the installation crew was hard working and cleaned up after the carpet was laid.

WOW!!!!! Great customer service from Mark when we made the decision to purchase a new floor to Pedro and his crew. They are all very professional and worked very efficiently. We love our new floors. We had 1000 sq feet of tile taken out and LVT installed. Best decision we made! They were done with the entire project in 3 days. I highly recommend this company and crew! Thank you so for making this an easy remodel!

Title: Extremely Disappointed – Delayed Installation and Poor Communication I am extremely disappointed with my carpet installation experience through Costco and Floor Coverings International. What was supposed to be a simple installation turned into a six-week ordeal filled with delays, broken promises, and poor communication. I paid over $5,000 in mid-September, expecting installation by September 28. Instead, the team repeatedly rescheduled — sometimes at the last minute — citing issues like missing product, truck problems, or “shipping delays.” I was constantly the one reaching out for updates, and every time I thought the issue was resolved, another delay occurred. The final installation didn’t happen until November 1 — more than six weeks late. I had to take time off work multiple times and rearrange my schedule repeatedly, all because of their lack of coordination and accountability. I chose Costco because of its reputation for quality and reliability, but this experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unprofessional What should have been a simple installation turned into a stressful, time-wasting experience that made me lose confidence in both Costco and their contractor. If you value your time and sanity, look elsewhere for flooring services.

Mark showed us various possible floorings and the one we chose was installed beautifully by Jose and Mario. When any issues arose, Mark and Pedro, the project manager, responded and dealt with our questions. The process of getting ready was tiring, but Jose and Mario moved the furniture and handled things well. All in all, a good experience.
