He explained the types of materials and gave us his honest opinions. Steve came out to your house 3 times. The first time he came out was our initial meet up and going over the types and colors of carpet. The quote was a bit out of our budget and he was super accommodating to come out again and show us additional carpet brands and worked with us with respect to our budget. The third time he came out was to inspect if the job was done correctly and if we were happy with the outcome. I booked a consultation on Thursday and Jesse was able to come by the following day, we picked out samples and they were ordered when she went back to the office.
