The carpet installer (Gil) arrived right on time, he introduced himself, and asked me to confirm the carpet he had was as expected. It was! He went straight to work and did an EXCELLENT job. The carpet looks great on the stairway and upstairs in the hallway and loft. Very nice transitions between rooms. Very professional job!

10/10 experience with floor coverings international! I submitted a request online and within 20 minutes, someone called me to schedule the consultation for the very next day! Michael came out for the consult and was great, very informative and efficient. Audrey called the following day to schedule the job for right away and Wednesday afternoon we had new floors in our kitchen and bathroom all for a very affordable price. The installers were great too, highly recommend FCI for any flooring needs

Everything from getting my estimate to delivery and install was amazing! Bear and his crew went above and beyond when the wrong flooring showed up. The entire team moved mountains to make sure I ended up with a superb wood floor and in an expeditious time frame. Oh, and their pricing was MORE THAN FAIR!!! I will definitely usr them for all my flooring needs.

These guys are the best in the business. Came out on labor day weekend and did a outstanding job. Family loves the new carpet and there customer service is by far the best I've dealt with in years.
