The whole team was fantastic from beginning to end. Bear came out to our house, brought all the samples, and showed us the options right there on site. His knowledge made picking the right flooring super easy. Audrey was great with scheduling and even followed up after the install to make sure we were happy with everything. Elise handled the final invoicing and payment smoothly and professionally. We really felt like we got world class treatment the entire time. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Reno.

I found myself in an emergency situation, and the response from Floor Coverings International (Olsen) was nothing short of exceptional. Late on a Friday afternoon, he acted immediately—sending Devon out without delay to assess the issue. By that same evening, the necessary wood had been sourced, and by Saturday morning, the repair was completed flawlessly. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was efficient, professional, courteous, and left everything spotless. It’s rare to encounter this level of responsiveness and care. Without hesitation, I would rate this service a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them to anyone in need of flooring work.

Michael, Oscar, Audrey, and everyone at Floor Coverings International went above and beyond for me, which was a palate cleanser after the contractor I'd initially hired and paid became nearly unreachable. When flood remediation was initiated (by a different vendor), I was told my floors would remain intact. They then promptly cut away a large portion of my floors, and since most of my home was that same flooring, the whole home needed new flooring. FCI promptly responded to my inquiry, and a had a vendor out two days later. Michael was kind and helpful, and brought samples in the flooring type and colors I was most interested in. He helped me choose flooring that was within my budget, provided a very conservative quote(compared to what I'd received from my contractor), and made sure I knew who would take over for him during his leave. Audrey was kind despite my myriad of questions and concerns, flexible in scheduling, and put my mind at ease over the items I wasn't able to get moved out. Oscar was consistently early for our scheduled meetings, communicated all necessary information, and checked in with me daily with photos and updates on their progress. My new floors were installed in less than a week, and Oscar has been in touch, ensuring my satisfaction, and even sending a team member back after the job was completed to make a few tweaks his trained eye noticed that mine never would had. Thank you FCI for taking most of the pain out of this process and helping my get home back better than ever!

I needed the carpet replaced in my mom‘s home before we could put it back on the market. Bear came in with samples in his mobile show truck, which is amazing. Picked it out. Ordered it. Carpet was installed within a week and a half. It looks beautiful no hassles couldn’t ask for better.
