Called this company because one of my plumbers messed up the carpet in a customers home. Joyce was so kind and responsive. This was obviously stressful for me, unhappy customer, unexpected cost etc etc. They communicated with the homeowner and myself and coordinated everything. The work was impeccable and they really saved the day for me. I was so impressed that I used them for my own home. I had wrinkles in my carpet and no matter how clean my home was it looked shabby because of this. They came out, moved the furniture stretched the carpet and put everything back! These are my go to people for home and business. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Floor Coverings International of Reno Five Star When my wife and I returned to our home after a 6-day evacuation from the Davis Creek wildland fire, we found the basement, entire kitchen and family room areas flooded with water.We spent the next several months investigating many flooring and carpeting retailers, only to become more frustrated, and left with no worthwhile answers. By chance we were contacted by Design Associate Michael Depoali, of Floor Coverings International of Reno. He presented himself as a true qualified expert, and recommended that he could bring their mobile showcase of resources to our home. It was completely equipped with many carpet and wood flooring samples. He suggested several different colors and textures. Seeing the actual application in our environment was truly helpful. After several conversation over the next few days, Michael prepared a complete invoice with actual costs. Nothing was left to chance. With our acceptance, the next step, and possibly the most important, was bringing the installer to our home, to make sure what was suggested, was possible. Floor Coverings International is a full-service company with a cadre of installers. Our design associate suggested that Michael Collins was their best craftsman, he would be perfect for our installation. Once our designs were put in place, it did not take long before we realized all our choices were the top drawer. Michael Collins is a true master craftsman. From the first time he set foot in our home, he diligently started work, and never slowed down. He worked to the job, not the clock, and paid attention to the smallest of details. He never took breaks, and constantly has a tool in his hand. At the end of the day, he stows his tools, sweeps, and vacuumed. The entire project surpassed our expatiations. We would unquestionably recommend Floor Coverings International of Reno
