"Having put in a number of phone calls and emails looking for someone to install a tub surround and knowing I would have to wait for their responses, Jared Browning from Floor Coverings International called me the very day I sent him an email, came over that afternoon, we looked at my project, two days later he came over with his installer so he could see the job first hand. That was on a Friday, the following Friday the job was completely done. I'm very impressed with this company. Having learned that all tubs surrounds do not fit all tubs there was a concern on my part that the surround wouldn't fit. Jared Brownings response was, we will make it work, don't worry. Qusay was the installer, he was courteous and professional and did a great job. Not only did he install my surround, add studs, do drywall work, he installed an outlet that I've wanted for 9 years. I called two other electricians prior to meeting with Jared and they both told me they would have to open up my drywall which is never fun. Qusay found a way to install the outlet through my bathroom wall and no drywall had to be opened up. Now I will never have to go and look for an electrician, a plumber, a drywaller, a painter or a remodeler. I will just call Floor Coverings International because they do everything. And the price I was quoted was very fair and reasonable. So happy I took the call."

The wood floors in our living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways needed sanding and refinishing. And we wanted to replace the bedroom carpeting with wood to match the existing floors. Owen searched high and low for planks to match the existing floors, and he made a perfect match. He also did a wonderful job deciphering our condominium’s underlayment requirements and finding the needed materials. As they worked, Owen’s team patched some planks that showed water damage in the kitchen. He gave us great advice on stain colors and finishes. His team’s work was meticulous and beautiful!! "When I was researching opinions on Floor Coverings International, I encountered a comment that said to avoid them because they are a chain. That comment is partially right. It is a chain and that means quality can vary by location. The owner of this location, Jason Andler, cares greatly about quality of the job and customer satisfaction. During pre-sales, I expressed concern that the higher pile carpet might cause some of the doors to drag. Jason said if that happened, he would send someone in to shave off the bottom of the doors. And it did happen with two doors and he did send a handyman to shave the bottoms off. Also, I ordered an extra sound absorbing layer as part of the package. Jason suggested that while the old carpet was up, the sub-floor be fortified with screws to reduce the chance of it moving, which can be a source of noise. That was done, personally by Jason, before the carpet was installed. Then after the installation, he came by and added supports underneath the stairs in order to reduce creaking. This is stuff I feel that I wouldn't have gotten if I had purchased the carpet from a big box store. And it was all included at no extra charge."
