FCI was an absolute God send after I dealt with two flaky companies (one a popular big-box store) when it came to replacing my flooring due to a catastrophic water event inside my home back in January. Michael came to my home with floor samples, took pics and measurements, and all I had to do was choose which flooring I wanted. Isaiah took over the project from there (ordering everything, scheduling the installers, etc.), which is EXACTLY how it should go. And the father-son duo who installed the flooring were friendly, reliable, and professional. It also only took them two days and my floor looks gorgeous! I wish I would have found FCI much sooner than I did, because I would have been saved a lot of unnecessary stress in an already stressful situation. Thank you SO MUCH.

Angels crew was by far the most competent, experienced and respectful employees we have ever encountered. Their work shows that they take pride in what they do. We enjoyed watching how well they work together and how they assisted each other. Angel was very much a part of assisting the employees every step of the way. Isaiah explained the process from day one until it was completed. We will highly recommend this company.

Not only were my old (over 100 years old) wood floors saved from replacement but were beautifully restored by Floor Coverings International. I really appreciated the good communication throughout the whole process, particularly because I was out of town while they were being done. I was also so pleased with the wonderful clean-up job they did! The difference is incredible!
