Five Stars. I recently hired Floor Coverings International to recarpet my home, including patching several tricky spots in my stairwells and on the stairs. They sent a father and his three sons, and I cannot praise them enough. Their work was executed with absolute military precision. The attention to detail and willingness to go above & beyond expectations is a standard that has no rival. Beyond the incredible quality of the work, it was genuinely admirable to see a father working alongside his sons, passing down a skilled trade that AI will never replace. He must be incredibly proud of them. Outstanding company, phenomenal crew, and a flawless job!

Great experience throughout the project. From Isaiah coming to my home with samples and providing a quote, to Danny and his team completing my installation in one day and returning the next day to fit my doors, everything was done diligently and professionally. Laura and Mike answered all of my questions promptly. The new carpet is great! Best customer service I have found in quite a while. Thanks.

They made choosing the right flooring easy, kept us updated along the way, and the installation was done beautifully. We were especially impressed with how smoothly everything was handled and how great the finished floors look. We had an excellent experience with Floor Coverings International. Isaiah, Floor Coverings estimator, came to our home in Santa Fe. He examined the 19 step interior stairway that needed carpet replacement. He gave us a very reasonable estimate. He showed us a large selection of carpet types and supplied us with a mailed sample of the wool carpet type to be used during the installation. After we had agreed to the estimate, he scheduled the installers for a week later. The installers, a family of a dad and four sons. did an outstanding job installing the new carpet. We were very pleased with the Floor Covering International company, and highly recommend them.

We had a great experience from start to finish. From the team that came to our home to take measurements, to the installers and the final touches, everyone was professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. You could really see their professionalism in both their behavior and the quality of their work, as well as their willingness to go the extra mile to leave us with a great impression. The entire team was excellent, and the final work turned out great. We also received a $1,000 discount, which was very helpful since we had other expenses associated with the repair. Overall, we’re very happy with the experience and the quality of the work, and we would definitely recommend them.
