I have used Floor Coverings twice now. I had carpeting and LVP installed in my Albuquerque home. They did a great job. I had a few issues that were quickly addressed. The pricing was very reasonable and their warranty is great. I recommend them for your next flooring project.

I choose Floor Coverings intl. after doing some research on all companies that I received estimates from. They were reasonably lower in cost and their professionalism and commitment was a clear indication to go with Floor Coverings. There were some hiccups prior to floor installation but working with Michael and Isaiah was amazing as they worked with me along the way. The installer, Victor, knowledge and talent in wood floor installation is top notch. It was a pleasure to meet and work with each one of them. I love my new floors.

9.15.3025 Mr.Feferman, a smooth and personable salesman assured me or a professional job refinishing my wood kitchen floor and hallway. I was startled by the price. 110 sq. ft., $1627.91, twice what I had expected. He assured me of a top quality job, and I reluctantly agreed. Two nice fellows showed up with a selection of worn equipment and began. It became a disaster. The shop vac broke down and the bag meant to contain dust had a hole in it, scattering dust, sand, and debris over the house covering rugs, furniture, floors and inside cabinets 1/4 inch deep in grit. Some effort was made to clean up, but they had little means to do so. Another coat of poly and they left, leaving us with a massive cleanup, causing us many hours of labor. Mr. Feferman has not called to express any regret, displaying no gentlemanly courage. Hence this review. I will pay my bill because I am an honorable person, but Feferman should be ashamed to take it.

Michael at FCI was great to work with. He was able to come quickly to our home to measure and provide design consultation, and took his time to explain product and process both. He even provided a reference for a cleaning service that provesd to be fantastic. He was client centric in his interactions and has integrity. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Michael and his team are rock stars. I have newly finished hardwood floors and newly installed luxury vinyl in my office space. The workers were thorough and worked with my family and my old dog well to facilitate access during the process. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. We are thrilled with the work this company did to replace all the carpet in our home with luxury vinyl plank. From start to finish everyone was punctual, knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient. After requesting a quote, Michael came to our home to review our options with us and he really took the time to make sure we picked the right product for us. We were able to get our project scheduled quickly, and Michael and Isaiah communicated with us throughout the project. The installation crew were punctual, polite, and did an amazing job in a very timely manner. The new flooring has completely revitalized our home and I am so pleased with how seamless and easy the process was thanks to everyone at this company. I would use them again for any flooring needs and highly recommend them!
