After having a poor experience with Lowe’s installation, we hired Floor Coverings International back in the Spring of 2026 for both our home and business office. We had new flooring and carpet installed. Michael Feferman and his entire team were exceptional to work with. They demonstrated outstanding customer service as well as quality work product and installation. Pricing was comparable, if not better, than other vendors we got quotes from. We would highly recommend Floor Coverings International here in Albuquerque!

I was looking for both quality in materials and workmanship over cheapest bid. After doing comparisons with other companies, hands down, the quality of materials definitely the best with Floor Coverings. My sales rep, Isaiah Rubio, took the time to answer all my questions and explain differences in material. Basically, it comes down to the simple fact, you get what you pay for. After reading many outstanding reviews on the installation part of my shopping I made the decision to go with Floor Coverings International. I agree with the many positive reviews that the installation was outstanding. My flooring looks fantastic and I'm overjoyed with the quality of the flooring. A definite difference when comparing cheaper quality with high quality products. I will say though the price I paid for my flooring is not the cheapest bid. Going back to my original statement, you get what you pay for. If I was going to sell my house and just wanted to freshen it up for a quick sell, I would have gone with a cheaper company. However, I plan on staying in my house for many more years and wanted quality flooring and installation. I'm very happy with my decision to go with Floor Coverings International.

overall the whole staff at floor covering international are great and professional. their contractors did excellent work, and they too were very professional, and they would answer any questions we had in mind and explain what they were doing and why. We have had other company's install our carpet before, but when all said and done floor covering international & their contracts were great and we are very happy with the carpet & wooden floor. EXCELLENT WORK WOULD REFER TO ANYONE THANKS.

I am having luxury vinyl floor planks installed over a six month period. I wanted to experience their work before committing to the entire house. This company is devoted to making the entire experience positive from the initial phone interaction to the completion of the floors. I am very happy with my new floors. I am confident they will do a fabulous job on the rest of my house.

I absolutely love my new carpet! The owner Michael came out to my home to show me samples of carpets as to which he was very professional. The day of install, the installers were friendly and respected my home. They were on time and the installation was quick but perfect! Those guys know their job well. The carpet is exactly what I wanted. There was one small hiccup with communication in the beginning, however once Isaiah responded to me, the transaction was spotless. I’m happy I chose Floor Coverings Int’l and I highly recommend them to everyone.

FCI was an absolute God send after I dealt with two flaky companies (one a popular big-box store) when it came to replacing my flooring due to a catastrophic water event inside my home back in January. Michael came to my home with floor samples, took pics and measurements, and all I had to do was choose which flooring I wanted. Isaiah took over the project from there (ordering everything, scheduling the installers, etc.), which is EXACTLY how it should go. And the father-son duo who installed the flooring were friendly, reliable, and professional. It also only took them two days and my floor looks gorgeous! I wish I would have found FCI much sooner than I did, because I would have been saved a lot of unnecessary stress in an already stressful situation. Thank you SO MUCH.
