We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish. We got quotes from a few different companies for carpeting our two staircases and landing, and they offered the best price by far. One of the other companies quoted us nearly double and wasn't nearly as helpful throughout the process. Matt was great to work with. He came to our house with his mobile showroom and had plenty of carpet samples on hand. He listened to what we were looking for, made helpful suggestions, and quickly helped us find an option that was exactly what we wanted. Installation went just as smoothly. The team was professional, communicated clearly about when they would be arriving, and did a great job. We're extremely happy with how the stairs and landing turned out. We did notice one small spot afterward that needed to be secured a little better, and Matt and his team had it taken care of very quickly. We really appreciated how responsive they were and how easy the entire process was. We're very satisfied with both the finished product and the service and would definitely use Floor Coverings International again for any future carpeting needs!

Couldn't be happier with how our basement turned out! Matt and his team did an incredible job installing our new vinyl plank flooring. From the first meeting, Matt took the time to walk us through everything, explain the process in detail, and answer all of our questions. Scheduling was easy, the crew showed up when they said they would, worked quickly, and the quality of the installation was outstanding. The finished floor looks absolutely amazing and completely transformed the space. We keep finding excuses to go downstairs just to look at it. If you're thinking about new flooring, I highly recommend Matt and his team. Great people, great communication, and even better results. Thanks again!

We absolutely love our new stair runner! It looks beautiful and has completely transformed our staircase, but even more importantly, it has made our home so much safer. We have much better footing on the stairs, which gives us peace of mind for our family and our dog. The quality, installation, and service were excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!
