I have been putting off much needed updates in a couple of rooms in my house and really didn’t know where to begin. A friend recommended scheduling a consultation with Matt from Floor Coverings International. Right away, I got a great vibe from him. He took the time to understand my space, style, and budget. I always feel like I ask too many questions about these kinds of things and Matt was so patient with me. He had great recommendations and I never felt any pressure. If you’re considering new flooring, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation. It made a huge difference in narrowing down my options and ensuring I chose something both beautiful and durable.

My experience with FCI could not have been happier. From my first conversation with Matt Donahue, I knew I had found the right company. He came to our house and showed me samples. The first one was perfect. Katie Sierra arranged for quick installation, and she supervised the installers, who did a great job. I now have wonderful tribal patterned carpeting providing safety and beauty. Everyone who sees it loves it! These people are fantastic. Choose them!

I can’t say enough good things about this business. Matt and his team are exceptionally professional and courteous. The project moved very quickly….less than one week from the time Matt arrived to show me samples to the time of installation. Matt arrived at the job site to oversee the work and ensure that things were progressing smoothly. To me that’s the epitome of dedication and professionalism. The installers Matt hired did a wonderful job. Overall, a great experience.

I am beyond thrilled and pleasantly surprised about how a carpet runner installation could turn out. Thoroughly impressed. I'm very familiar with the construction industry, but this experience blew me away. I didn't know there was a place where I could have the convenience of one-stop shopping for home improvements without sacrificing quality and time. Normally, you're acting as your own general contractor, pricing out materials, then searching for the right installers, or sometimes hiring a separate general contractor when it becomes too overwhelming and time-consuming. This place does it all. I wanted to start small before diving into my extensive list of home renovation projects. Floor Coverings International came highly recommended, particularly the Westfield location. Matt arrived with carpet samples, photos of completed projects, and had the patience to answer all of my hundreds of questions. I truly felt at ease. My favorite answer from him was, "We handle all of that." Wow. It truly put my mind at ease to know that I didn't have to stress over scheduling more appointments to get quotes from installers after purchasing the materials. I also didn't realize that they offer so much more than carpeting and hardwood flooring. Scheduling was just as simple, and I didn't have to wait several weeks to begin this small project. Installation day arrives, and Ivan and his assistant go straight to work, measuring, binding, installing..... Katie is there to oversee that the project is carried out successfully and to meet my high expectations. She asked me about my specific preferences, which were details that I never would have thought of until long after this project was completed. While the stairs were getting worked on, I figured I'd ask Katie for a quote for additional services in the near future, since it was going well so far: Hardwood flooring. She inspected the shoddy work done to the home in great detail and explained everything to me along the way. We went down into the basement to see the underlay of the existing floors. Back upstairs, she lifted some floorboards to examine the original flooring that was covered up and measured the leveling of the original floors to provide an accurate calculation for the quote. She explained their timeline and process, moving furniture, etc. And again, I'm pleasantly surprised that this company can do ALL of this for me. The job was completed so efficiently, and Ivan and his associate cleaned everything up meticulously. I didn't waste an entire workday. Instead, I spent hours admiring the quality of materials and work that added value to my home. As I wait for the quote on the hardwood flooring, I now want to purchase a custom-sized area rug from them for the master bedroom. I'm excited to see how my house will transform once all of the renovations are completed. To me, it's about value: excellent quality for a reasonable price. Their efficiency is a bonus. It's no wonder they came highly recommended!
