After a really long time I noticed something on my floors that needed to be repaired. I called up international and right away they were so receptive and sent someone out quickly. My floors look fabulous and it's just wonderful to work with such a great business with wonderful, responsive staff.

What a great experience. I filled out an online form and the owner ,Elizabeth reached out within a few hours and scheduled an appointment with us for the following day. It was wonderful to have carpet samples in our home for us to look at and evaluate. Elizabeth and her team followed up promptly , communicated well every step of the way. The final results are exactly what we’d hoped for , highly recommend!
