Hi, I just had my new carpet installed. The entire process was stress-free. It started with the PROMPT call back and then the LUXURY of having Elizabeth come to the home providing SAMPLES and sharing her expertise. It was such a pleasure. Next, Rachel came and instructed the crew on the installation. The workers were wonderful, professional and polite. They did a fantastic job. They left the house neat and orderly. They were so careful moving the furniture. I would recommend this group to anyone. If you need carpet or any flooring going no further.👍👍👍👍👍

From initial consultation to end product Floor Coverings International were wonderful! Our floors needed work and we were told by a previous contractor that they could not be refinished. Rachael and Elizabeth assured us they could refinish. Their knowledge, professionalism, timeline and price convinced us to move forward with the job. Answered a ton of questions, help picked out a stain color and explained the process step by step. The crew were great! Clean and efficient Within days we had beautiful refinished floors! We will definitely be using Floor Coverings International again and would highly recommend to everyone. Pics are of old worn floors and the beautiful finished product

Elizabeth, Eli and Rachel were all helpful and professional, being especially attentive to specific needs we requested. Elizabeth had good suggestions and recommendations as we selected our product but was never pushy. We did not feel rushed and she was most accommodating. Everyone was helpful and friendly and the installation crew was courteous, quick and clean. We look forward to enjoying this rug for many years.

I discovered Floor Coverings International at a NJ home show. Their booth was a stand-out with gorgeous, high quality products, to which I was guided specifically for my requirements by friendly staff - with construction expertise as well as astute aesthetic sensibilities. And, no one was pushy at a venue where it seemed everyone else was more sales than service. I had already gone through the demo phase of a full bath remodel in progress, and was actively shopping with intent to purchase from a big box store but wasn't thrilled with the quality. After looking at Lowes, Home Depot and Floor and Decor, and being really disappointed, I returned to the home show and begged a measuring appointment, which they worked in for the next morning. The product I ordered was expedited and delivered to my home before the week was through. And price wise was parity or better than other sources but higher quality, it's just what I wanted and it's really lovely. My contractor, (who they met and were happy to work with, although they also can provide turn key installation,) stopped by and texted me back with "I am VERY pleased with the quality of that flooring". It has all the physical properties demanded in a bathroom setting, and additionally is warm and pleasant to the touch. Astonishingly, a plank laid down to compare against my newly refinished real hard wood floor, holds it's own with the appearance of genuine wood. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.
