Elizabeth, Eli and Rachel were all helpful and professional, being especially attentive to specific needs we requested. Elizabeth had good suggestions and recommendations as we selected our product but was never pushy. We did not feel rushed and she was most accommodating. Everyone was helpful and friendly and the installation crew was courteous, quick and clean. We look forward to enjoying this rug for many years.

I discovered Floor Coverings International at a NJ home show. Their booth was a stand-out with gorgeous, high quality products, to which I was guided specifically for my requirements by friendly staff - with construction expertise as well as astute aesthetic sensibilities. And, no one was pushy at a venue where it seemed everyone else was more sales than service. I had already gone through the demo phase of a full bath remodel in progress, and was actively shopping with intent to purchase from a big box store but wasn't thrilled with the quality. After looking at Lowes, Home Depot and Floor and Decor, and being really disappointed, I returned to the home show and begged a measuring appointment, which they worked in for the next morning. The product I ordered was expedited and delivered to my home before the week was through. And price wise was parity or better than other sources but higher quality, it's just what I wanted and it's really lovely. My contractor, (who they met and were happy to work with, although they also can provide turn key installation,) stopped by and texted me back with "I am VERY pleased with the quality of that flooring". It has all the physical properties demanded in a bathroom setting, and additionally is warm and pleasant to the touch. Astonishingly, a plank laid down to compare against my newly refinished real hard wood floor, holds it's own with the appearance of genuine wood. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

OUTSTANDING in all aspects. Elizabeth’s knowledge of floor coverings was clearly identified within a few minutes of speaking with her. She was patient and had a great way about understanding our vision. The selection she showed us was abundant and seeing the floor virtually was a HIGE benefit Rachel the project manager was equally as talented. Made us feel very comfortable with the process. She was present at the beginning and end of the installation. The installers did their magic! All communication was spot on. We had gotten 3 estimates. Price was not the deciding factor. It was confidence in Elizabeth. Our floor looks great and has exceeded our expectations.

Awesome experiece from beginning to end. Made contact with Owner Elizabeth Jenner to have my old orange wood floors sanded & stained. She came to my home to go over a plan, from there I worked with her manager Rachel. Rachel was very professional & attentive with all my concerns & questions. She made the whole process very simple, very easy. I felt so Lucky to find them. I spoke with other floor companies only to realize the process might be financially out of my reach, but Floor Covering International made my dream come true because of the reasonable price for me & the acceptional customer service that I thought never existed anymore. The workers were wonderful also. They were nice ,polite, focused on their work, & did an overall phenomenal job. My new floors look sensational & I'm so excited. I wanted them for so long. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Toms River. The owner, Elizabeth, was very friendly, worked with us on what we wanted and executed the job perfectly. The workers came to our house on time, worked all day to get the job done on time. They were very nice and did a great job. They put everything back in its place and cleaned up when they were done. We had gotten several estimates. They all came in fairly close in price, but we really liked Elizabeth and chose her company.
