I had all of my carpeted areas replaced with wood, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. Elizabeth, the owner, personally came to my home to complete the estimate. She was incredibly thorough and offered thoughtful suggestions based on her expertise and experience, which I truly appreciated. Rachel, the coordinator, kept me informed every step of the way regarding timelines and deliveries. She was present on installation day and introduced me to Evando, the installer, who was polite, professional, and extremely neat. It was clear that he took great pride in his work. Rachel even returned at the end of the day to ensure everything met both my expectations and the company's standards. My stairs and floor look absolutely gorgeous! The entire project was completed promptly and professionally, without any issues. I would highly recommend FCI to family and friends without hesitation. Outstanding service all around!

They removed carpet and replaced entire house with wood. Process was extremely efficient and quality work by head installer-Evando- Arrived every day on time and worked very clean and respectful of our home. The supervisor closely monitored all work-Rachel and Elizabeth the owner very concerned with our satisfaction They placed felt pads under furniture and placed everything back in its place. I highly recommend this team for floor coverings!!!

Elizabeth and Rachele are great to deal with. Elizabeth was at my house the day I called. Rachele arrived with the crew the day of installation and then came back when they were done to make sure I was happy. The guys were very professional, respectful and polite. My floors are absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. The installation was done in a day and about 1 week after I signed the contract. I highly recommend this company. I’m so impressed with their service.
