From making time to meet with me for the first time on a Saturday morning, to carefully screening the samples he brought with him to our home in his mobile “showroom” Steve and his crew were First Class!! Their work was completed in a timely fashion and when Katie his wife was on scene supervising all was smooth as silk! Their craftsmanship is much appreciated whether with wall to wall carpeting or the wood flooring we chose to replace what was ruined in the water pipe flooding we endured! Thank you! Lisa

Absolutely Fantastic Experience! We recently had the pleasure of working with Floor Coverings International in Hillsborough, NJ, and I can confidently say it was one of the smoothest home improvement projects we've ever had. From the start, Steve, the franchise owner, was incredibly thorough in his evaluation. He took the time to walk us through every detail, explaining exactly what was included in the estimate so there were no surprises. His professionalism and attention to detail immediately gave us confidence in our choice. The installation team was just as impressive — polite, respectful, and extremely efficient. They completed the removal and installation of carpet in four bedrooms, a hallway, and a staircase — all in just one day! The quality of their work was excellent, and they left everything neat and clean. A special shoutout to Katie, the production coordinator, who made sure the schedule worked perfectly for us. She communicated clearly, followed up promptly, and even stopped by on installation day to check on progress and make sure we were happy. If you're considering new flooring, I highly recommend Floor Coverings International in Hillsborough. Great people, excellent service, and outstanding results!

Floor Coverings International and Steve and Katie are true professionals! We had a scratch across tile and original hardwood that needed to be fixed. Steve came out immediately, and was honest and forthright in what could (replace) and could not (repair) be done. He even went as far as to come out again to repair it just so we could see the difference. They were able to match the tile exactly and despite having to replace the planks on the hardwood, the stain on the new wood blended beautifully with the original. There was another repair done by a previous vendor a previous owner had done and you could just see the difference in the workmanship. Huge thanks Steve and Katie! I highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for new or repaired flooring!
