The workmanship from this company was flawless from start to finish. Steve and his wife are an amazing team and are very well informed about the product they are selling. The price was reasonable and Steve and his wife inspect the work from the beginning of the project till the end. I recommend this power couple. You will not regret it!

Steve was very easy to work with and extremely professional. He was able to answer all our questions about carpet and even flooring. He explained the types of materials and gave us his honest opinions. Steve came out to your house 3 times. The first time he came out was our initial meet up and going over the types and colors of carpet. The quote was a bit out of our budget and he was super accommodating to come out again and show us additional carpet brands and worked with us with respect to our budget. The third time he came out was to inspect if the job was done correctly and if we were happy with the outcome. Definitely would recommend Steve for any carpeting or flooring updates a homeowner is planning on doing.

From start to finish, our experience with Floor Coverings International was incredible. We never felt rushed, Steve wanted to make sure we ended up with flooring that we loved and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We decided last minute to have our ceilings refinished before the floors went in, and rescheduling the floors was not an issue at all. Not only do the floors look incredible, the installers were in and out in only a few ours, including clean up. Looking forward to our next project with Floor Coverings International!

I had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings International in Hillsborough! Steve and Katie were wonderful to work with. Katie coordinated everything perfectly — she was on-site the first day to oversee furniture removal and checked in daily to make sure every detail was handled. The crew was professional, neat, and on time. When a small leak appeared behind my toilet, Katie immediately got a plumber out and kept the project on track. The team that handled the sanding provided stain samples and did a beautiful job matching the stairs to the new floors. The base moldings and finish work were flawless. The entire process was seamless, communication was excellent, and the quality of craftsmanship was outstanding. I absolutely love my new floors and highly recommend them! Thank you so much!! You guys were awesome!

FCI made the whole process of floor installation smooth. Steve came with samples ready-to-go on our first appointment, he was able to take the measurements and quote the job in real time and we were able to get it all confirmed quickly - which in our case was very helpful since our flooring work had a specific timeline due to other work we were having done. While removing the old flooring they ran into unforeseen issues related to leveling, but handled it all with calm and clear communication. They had a deep team of experts who all checked in regularly through the work via phone, text, and regular on-site visits. And then the installers worked extra hard to get the work done quickly, so we could get back to enjoying our home as soon as possible. And. ultimately, the final result looks great. We've completely modernized and transformed two floors in our home and can't wait for our family to enjoy the new upgrades for the holidays and beyond.

Our new kitchen floor looks great! It totally changed the feel of our kitchen. Steve took plenty of time helping us choose the new wood look so it blended well with our existing wood cabinets. Between the two days it took (which we were told might happen depending on what was under our old tile floor — understandable), there were some tile chunks left in neighboring rooms and a pile of old floor pieces in the kitchen heating duct, so we had to pick that out and vacuum before using the heat that night. But overall a great experience. Scheduling was easy too.
