He took his experience and followed his passion for entrepreneurship. His primary objective in business is to provide the best in-home flooring experience in the industry.
Steve has spent a lot of time serving the community as a youth sports coach. He’s coached baseball and basketball for 10 years, working with kids from age 5-15. He is married, has 2 sons and 2 dogs.

LeeAnn joined Floor Coverings International upon the businesses launch in 2022. She serves as the company’s Office Manager and Production Coordinator. Since the inception of FCI Somerset, LeeAnn has successfully managed multiple projects delivering high-quality solutions. She is proud to manage each project, no matter how big or small; always focusing on providing the best experience in the flooring industry. LeeAnn lives in Stockton NJ with her family. She is an avid dog lover and has 3 Great Danes.

Paul joined the Floor Coverings International team as a Design Associate in 2024. He spent 7 years as a flooring installer, installing hardwood, vinyl, laminate, carpet and tile. This experience lends helpful in solving customers’ flooring problems. Coupled with his eye for color and design, Paul’s expertise helps him provide an in-home experience that can’t be beat. Paul’s passion outside of work revolves around wrestling, fishing and cooking. He spends a lot of time gardening fresh vegetables and uses them in his cooking. He is married, has 2 sons and 2 dogs.
