I was all over searching for a floor bringing home new samples daily until Mark came over for a consultation. He knew exactly what I wanted. From the first phone call to the last, this company made sure they stayed on my radar in terms of getting the job done! My home visit by Michael T (who by the way is phenomenal and a complete joy to work with) was easy and informative. Even with the little hiccups along the way to getting the job completed (FCI found asbestos tiling that had to be removed professionally—they waited until given the all-clear by the abatement company), Michael stayed in touch. I must say all the trouble was definitely worth the wait. I am so in love with my new flooring. After the job was done, Michael sent over a warranty from FCI as well as instructions on how to care for my new floor (never knew bamboo flooring could be so easy to take care of). I would recommend FCI to anyone who wants to make a great investment in their flooring.
