Had an unfortunate experience despite many attempts at resolving. They missed an entire staircase that we noticed and they came back to fix it. They then forgot to do the railings. Time was scheduled for them to come back & they never came nor returned my calls. The parts of the job that were done were done well although I have followed up literally 10x - they only responded to messages about reviews or payment & not completing the work. When signing you up or collecting payment, you can expect great communication. Would highly recommend double checking and triple checking the work & not paying until you're sure that 100% of the job was completed. Filing a dispute with my bank on payment since that is the only thing that has gotten their attention or a response. Unfortunate experience, we were excited to be working with them.

Professional, timely, and no surprises. Michael and team did a great job of installing a custom carpet for our staircase. The whole process was effortless. The installation couldn’t have gone smoother, just note that the installer might require the use of a large area (the garage in our case). The carpet turned out better than I expected. Hopefully stone color tone will stand the test of time. Good work!

Carpeting was completed more or less as agreed. The owner came and took measurements and notes and provided estimates. On day of installation the two guys show up but the owner never showed up that day. It’s ok except that some of the discussions I had with the owner never made it to the workers like bringing saddles. They had to come back the next day to complete the job because of the missing saddles. I communicated the colors of the saddles with the owner but the worker came the first time with one correct color and one wrong color. The job got done per estimate. Later I noticed that one of the floor moldings got broken by the carpet installer and they placed too much glue under the saddle and it leaked into the carpet and discolored the carpet. I sent photos and a message to the owner but was completely ignored twice.

Mark and his crew did an awesome job on the flooring! My floor looks flawless, and the finish is stunning. The attention to detail is impressive, and it's clear he took pride in his work. The overall quality is top-notch, and it really elevates the space.

A Great Experience With Floor Coverings International Recently, I had Mark from Floor Coverings International come out to my apartment to help me choose new flooring, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. He showed up right on time, came prepared with samples, and walked me through different options without any pressure. He was professional, patient, and always easy to reach — every time I called with a question, he picked up or got back to me quickly. Once we agreed on a price, things moved fast. Just a week later, his crew arrived right on schedule with all the materials. They got to work immediately and somehow managed to finish two bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, the hallways, five closets, and all the baseboards in just one day. The team was respectful, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I’m really happy with how everything turned out, and I genuinely feel like I got great service. If you’re thinking about updating your floors, I highly recommend Mark and his crew. They made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free.
