"Working with David Stone at Floor Coverings International was one of the best experiences we've had with a flooring company. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, David was professional, responsive, and thorough. He came out quickly to assess our basement gym, using digital tools to measure and map the room. He walked us through the installation process and preparation needed, even pulling back some of the existing carpet to check how the new gym tiles would fit beneath the baseboards. He also explained how tile thickness and the amount of flecking would affect the finished look, including how noticeable the seams would be. We took our time comparing sample colors and fleck densities, and David was patient and helpful throughout. His feedback at several stages helped us choose what turned out to be the perfect flooring for the space. He sourced the materials quickly, kept us informed about progress with the manufacturer, and consistently responded to our messages. The installation team did a wonderful job, and the finished gym floor is beautiful. David even returned the same day the installation was completed to review everything with us and make sure we were happy with the result and had no concerns. "Dalia & her team were the best. i got 4 quotes to refinish hardwood floors, and she was the best in terms of knowledge, price, and scheduling. she came out to scope the project and I could tell she was a pro at knowing about floors & what ours needed. she explained the different polyurethane options and top coat options. we got our floors sanded, water based poly & satin finish, and they replaced a board where there was a chip in it - you would never be able to tell, they did such a good job matching the original color of the floor. she was able to fit me in sooner than originally planned to accommodate my moving timeline, and the floors look fantastic. the crew that came out was on time, friendly, and did great work. highly recommend."
