They took great care to keep great care to keep the area cleaned and used dust contemning which made a huge difference. No stress at all! We have contracted Floor Covering International to install engineered wood floor and baseboards (that we supplied) in two sun-room 'additions' in our house. - The quoting process was done professionally by the owner. - The floor installation itself was done well to our satisfaction - However the installation of the baseboards was done poorly (rough work, used thick nails that damaged the baseboards) to a point that we have now purchased new baseboards and will have to get someone else to remove what's there and install the new ones.

Used a different Franchise - but floor installed improperly leading to delamination. Floor paid for was not floor installed - similar in color and design but wear/construction layers were thinner(I paid for higher end flooring but budget materials installed. Corporate refused to honor work guarantee of franchise that went out of business. Spent $14k and now have to replace my entire floor in less than 2 years.
