"We had a handyman do some work in our kitchen, and he attempted to refinish the hardwood floor. Unfortunately, he was not an expert and the floor ended up in worse shape than before. We called FCI and talked to Jason. He understood my wife’s angst at having the kitchen unusable for almost two months and immediately arranged for a visit to provide an estimate. He was able to schedule the refinishing with his professional crew just a few days later. They did an awesome job and had the whole job done in two days.
