I had received 3 quotes, and this company came in with the best price for the job, while also seeming very knowledgeable about the whole process. The initial salesman, David, was very nice and helpful, and maintained contact throughout the entire process. All of my questions and concerns were answered promptly and professionally. Being able to communicate via text made everything so much simpler and more efficient. I was updated every step of the way. The floors themselves look amazing! The team came in and completed the job in only one day, and we did not even need to be home. They were even able to make some last minute changes for wider baseboards to cover some drywall damage near the bottom of our walls. They also updated our transition strips to match the new floor, which looks so much nicer than the black rubber strips that were there previously. Overall I am very happy with the level of service that I received from this company, as well as the final product. I highly recommend them!"
