The salesman looked at how uneven the floors were in our kitchen, told me that it was no problem, they know how to level floors, it was their specialization. Then they got here, didn't know how to deal with uneven floors. Decided not to rip out all of the old ceramic tile, even though it was part of the fee quote. Refused to call me at work to discuss after my wife told them to repeatedly. The next day, They were behind schedule because of this, I got them to tear out the old tile, but they left the floor VERY uneven, you can fell it moving under your feet in some places, The refrigerator was so uneven, the doors did not close properly. They kept asking me to pay the balance, I told them they had to fix the floor under the refrigerator, two more visits later, they got it level, but the rest of the floor, they have refused to address or respond to. I paid the balance, let them know it was under protest. They could not care less. Buyer beware!

Well they have done it again....another great experience and install with Floor Coverings International (Cherry Hill). This is our third flooring installation by them and we are so happy (again). Jeff, John, Adam, Doug and installers Milton and his crew all wonderful to work with. We couldn't be happier !! Great people, great prices, great install, great products ! Thanks you !!

Our salesperson, John Schiavo, was exceptional with assisting us with our selections. Our new Shaw carpeting in our bedrooms is plush and luxurious. We also added a stunning new carpet to our stairs that looks like it’s from a designer magazine. Our installer, Milton, and his assistant were also excellent. The installation looks great! Also, they had to move very heavy bedroom furniture to lay the carpet and did so efficiently and with great care. Our house looks great, and we couldn’t be happier.

The carpeting that Flooring International installed in our home is top quality and expertly installed. The process went very smoothly, the carpet installers working steadily for 3 days until completion of the job. I'd like to commend Corey and Skylar, the two installers for their excellent work.
