If you are thinking of flooring, please think no further than Floor Coverings International in Cherry Hill, NJ. I needed to replace wall to wall carpet with hard floors. Once I contacted them, I got an appointment for a home evaluation. Mr. John Schiavo arrived on time and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision. The samples he brought were more than enough for me to consider. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional--everything you would want in a product representative. We put in an order and later scheduled the installation date. Milton and Joelle also arrived on time. They were true craftsmen and very neat. The end result is stunning. The staff at the office when I called were always friendly and helpful. Thank you FCI!

Product Quality, Price everything was great. I really liked the company and they did fantastic job. The crew was great. came on time , did fully professional job. John the sales guy was totally professional and advised us to choose best carpet and plank floor. I am fully satisfied. You can check the reviews on google they have very good reviews and not any other company near by.

Don't complete their jobs in my opinion. I literally paid for flooring and after they were paid for the flooring itself they never came back to do install. Multiple phone calls not returned to the owner. Stay Away !!

Excellent job with our new carpets. We are very pleased with the carpet and the team that installed the carpet.Also a shout out to our salesman Doug, who helped us and sold us on using this company.Carl and his team of installers were great to work with and were neat and clean with our home.

Love my new carpet! They did a great job. They removed my furniture and then put it all back when they were done. My stairs were cracked and unstable and they repaired them and made them stable before putting the carpet. Also want to say that Doug, our sales guy, put me right at ease with from the first meeting to go with this company. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Thiago Reis from Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job refinishing my hardwood floors. I recently moved into a new place, and I didn’t like the floor stain, as well as the scratches and marks on it. Thiago Reis did a fantastic job sanding and staining the floors to the desired stain color. I was also having trouble deciding between two stain colors, so Thiago laid out both colors on the floor so I could make a better decision. Thiago left everything spotless when he finished. I returned home to a beautiful new floor that gave the place a nice new look. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone. If you are having your floors refinished, I recommend asking for Thiago Reis. Thiago was a pleasure to work with, providing me with constant updates throughout the project and answering all my questions thoroughly.John Schiavo, the Design Associate who I worked with at the start of the project, was great. He came over and showed me all my options, answering all my questions. John helped me get the carpet out of a bedroom and helped me choose which new hardwood floor to put down.
