I'm a little slow to make decisions regarding changes to my home. The professionals at FCI were patient and accommodating of my process. Also, I am very fussy when it comes to the smallest of details and execution of any work done on my home. The installation crew was truly first-rate and exceeded my expectations. The final result was a true upgrade of my living space. Well done!

They did an incredibly shoddy installation - they didn't screw down subfloors, so floors are bouncy and squeeky. There was no floor leveling or prep, so the flooring is scratched down past the surface in the places where they didn't prep the floor correctly. There are unfilled nail holes all over on the trim. Up 3/8" gaps between the baseboards and walls in some places that they tried to just fill with caulk. Elsewhere, it's missing caulk entirely. They gave up entirely on transitions. They did this on my parents' house and snuck one past them. I'm posted 5 years after install and we have to redo an entire floor now.

We love our new laundry room floor from Floor Coverings International. Jeff gave us plenty of samples to choose from, and the installers were so kind and professional. They answered any questions we had and the project was completed so quickly. Huge thumbs up!

Used a different Franchise - but floor installed improperly leading to delamination. Floor paid for was not floor installed - similar in color and design but wear/construction layers were thinner(I paid for higher end flooring but budget materials installed. Corporate refused to honor work guarantee of franchise that went out of business. Spent $14k and now have to replace my entire floor in less than 2 years.
