We recently had hardwood flooring installed in four rooms, along with repairs in our hallway and living room—all completed in just three days! The crew from Floor Coverings was exceptional: professional, polite, and incredibly hardworking. The quality of their work speaks for itself—the floors look amazing. What truly sets this company apart is the communication. Steve, the owner, kept us informed every step of the way. He answered all the “when, where, and why” questions before we even had to ask. The crew showed up exactly when and where they said they would, which is rare in home services. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they had no issue working with flooring we had purchased elsewhere. It may sound like I’m related to them, but I’m not—just genuinely impressed by how positive the experience was from start to finish. I highly recommend Floor Coverings!

I read a ton of reviews from different businesses. International Flooring had consistently great reviews, specifically mentioning the owner, Steve T., who reportedly had excellent customer service and outstanding communication. Well, that is exactly what happened. Steve was extremely professional and down to earth. No pressure, completely transparent, and a pleasure to do business with. From start to finish, even when incurring some unexpected issues he and his great employees made everything smooth and comfortable. The floors came out excellent and I cannot recommend his business enough. Great team, great work, great people. I’m very pleased to have went with them.

If you’re looking for a company that you can trust to refinish your hardwood floors, look no further than Floor Coverings International, based in Dover, NH. We recently hired Steve, its owner, and his crew, to sand, buff, and apply new coatings of urethane on all of the hardwood in our 200-year-old farmhouse and the results are nothing short of amazing. Their quality of workmanship and attention to detail are first rate and we highly recommend them.

We had our kitchen and bath floors redone with vinyl tiles, and we get compliments every time someone visits. Steve, Bob and Sandy were terrific. A couple post installation issues were handled with skill and speed. Three months in, the product and workmanship continue to impress.
