I'm the listing agent on a multi-unit property Grady renovated in Philadelphia and have been very impressed with the work he did here. I'm sad he no longer lives in Philadelphia, but I know the work he does is quality. The flooring specifically turned out great, and the overall renovation shows really well. Grady and team are great to work with! Grady was really helpful in weighing the pros and come of the carpet I was considering. Overall helped me make a better, less expensive choice. The crew for install was on time, professional, thorough clean up. Couldn’t believe they were able to install in a room with bunk beds without taking them apart. Would definitely work with this company again.
