The Stars of Flooring are at your service

"We were out of town while the work was done so our neighbor was in touch with the workers and couldn't praise them highly enough. They (he) worked diligently to get the job done & did a great job. We would definitely recommend Floor Coverings of America to others"

"Katie was very professional and we've recommended them to a few people already."

"Easy to order, convenient to be able to make choices and decisions in my home. Great job of installation! In fact, these installers re-stretched and fixed older carpet (one room that we weren't replacing) that had been poorly installed the first time. All looks great!"

"I have used Floor Coverings for 2 different projects and have been totally satisfied with the quality of the installation, in home consultation from Katie and materials used. Let me say they can do it all ! My 2 projects were 1) refinishing our hardwood floors on our 1st floor and then new hardwood run up the stairs & office on 2nd floor 2) later in 2020 they carpeted 3 bedrooms and installed laminate wood planks throughout our finished basement. Couldn't be more satisfied of the work done."

"Colin and the installers were so easy to work with. I've already hired them for a 2nd job starting next week. Convenient, knowledgeable, and they go the extra mile!"

"We have used Kent (and installer Wilson) for a 4th time at a new home and as always - they are FANTASTIC!"

"Our experience with this company couldn’t be more positive! This is the second time we have used them and wouldn’t go anywhere else for flooring. Deb is truly amazing! She’s friendly, knowledgeable and has great communication skills. She never tried to upsell us, but rather let us make our own decisions. The materials and workmanship are outstanding. The crew arrived on time, worked quietly and left the place spotless upon completion of the job. They were very skilled and professional. Highly recommend Deb and her crew! We are thrilled with our new floors!"

"I'm late writing this because life gets in the way and I wanted to make sure people know how great Glenn was with us . He came to fix our vinyl planks the whole floor was a mess after we had a leak in our building . Glenn was communicative, helped us understand what was going to happen and did an excellent job with our floors as well as some painting on walls and ceiling which were also a mess because of this leak .Glenn did a clean job and kept us posted thru the process. I hope this never happens again but my husband & I both agree we will call Glenn at Floor coverings again when we have an issue in our condo . G & G"

"Floor Covering International is an excellent company for anyone looking for floor covering of any kind, including custom stairs carpet. From the initial contact to the finish, the service was spectacular. The owner himself came to the house, showing various materials and designs, and the installation about 3 weeks later was done meticulously and professionally. The owner came to to the house during installation to make sure everything was done properly. The price was competitive, and we are very happy with the carpet material and the work on our stairs. I highly recommend this place for floor remodeling."

"We did a lot of research for where to purchase carpet and have it installed. I used several forums and AI to filter reviews of installation quality and price. Floor Coverings International was highly ranked and we went to them for a quote. Deb was great - helping us select carpet for our office and bedrooms. The installation was quick and easy and the price was fair."

"Devin, Rebecca, Emmanuel, and Fernando were all amazing. Devin and Rebecca kept us informed throughout the project and Fernando and Emmanuel were great installers and very friendly. We had no issues with them in our home doing the work and they kept everything clean. Thank you Devin and team!!!"

"Great service! We love our new carpet. They were on time, very professional and careful in our home."

"I had new carpet installed October 2026 by Floor Coverings International Stow, Oh. The entire process was 5⭐️, from scheduling an appointment for the estimate, making my selection at home from large samples, the warranty and the installation. Also, my beautiful carpet was MADE IN USA Many thanks to the entire team at FCI, Stow. Cuyahoga Falls, OH"

"Saw the sign and stopped in. I was looking for a red carpet remnant. This store doesn't deal with remnants, only whole rooms. The people were kind."

"Ohhhhh, yes yes yes! I love my floors!! That sounds crazy, right?! My house looks like a completely different houseeeee!! These guys were great! I called Scott (not thinking I would actually be able to get floors) and he came at my scheduled time. Then came the day of install and the guys showed up respectful, knowledgeable and on time. This is how you run a business. I got taken advantage of by a different local company Scott and his team will always be my floors company from now on and I cannot wait to get my garage done - 🙌"

"I had a wonderful experience working with Bertha at floor coverings international. She was helpful with finding me the right carpet to fit my needs and budget. When the carpet that I had chosen was found to be out of stock for many months, Bertha sprung into action, finding an alternative that could be delivered in time for our desired installation date. What’s even better is that this alternative was an upgrade for the same price due to Bertha close connections with the manufacturers! Installation happened on time and without a single glitch. We love our new carpet and truly appreciate the experience that Bertha and her team gave us."

"FCI Refinished 1200+ SF of 20+ yr old Maple wood flooring in our home and we couldn't be happier with the work. Looks like new, and the work was professional, prompt, completed when committed, and courteous and thorough from start to full completion with regular communication."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars – Highly Recommend Floor Coverings International! We had a fantastic experience with Floor Coverings International! They recently installed new carpeting throughout the downstairs of United Community Bank, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was professional, seamless, and stress-free. Their team was knowledgeable, dependable, and paid great attention to detail. The new carpet looks absolutely beautiful and has made such a difference in the appearance of our bank! We were so pleased with their work that we are already planning to have them return in the next year or two to complete the upstairs! It’s wonderful to work with a company that takes such pride in its work and truly values customer satisfaction. Outstanding service, beautiful results, and a team you can trust! We highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional service!"

"Tom was at our home promptly to share our flooring options . He had a wide variety of samples, both carpet and LVP, and we found the carpet that would be perfect for our basement . Accurate measurements were completed , price was discussed and agreed upon and a no interest payment plan was presented . We were short on time and the carpet was laid and set for a party we gave . Our second floor is next and we will not hesitate to call Tom! Thank you"

"Absolute professionals. Timing, service, end result, and accommodations, all exceptional. Definitely will recommend and use their service again"
