I had an appointment for the next day. Bob came by and was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I needed carpet for my entire house, it was a large job. Estimate came in a little high. We negotiated and came to fair price. His team of installers was 2 guys but they were fast and very hard workers. That did a great job and completed the job within the time and days I requested. "Really impressed by this Poway location! I called multiple flooring stores desperately in search for additional LVP flooring to complete an already underway bathroom remodel. Chafic was the most responsive & gave his time to help me figure out if we could identify any local stock - even with the likelihood of not buying from him, he was so very kind & generous with his support. In the end, we did move forward with ordering boxes through this store because of the great service and we were surprised by how quickly they managed to get it to us (he even delivered personally & carried to my garage). Great local business we will think of first for additional flooring needs The 1 star review before mine sounds pretty unfair & misdirected. My order was for only 4 boxes and no installation, yet this store was more than gracious with their support (even after I first indicated I'd like not be buying because of the tight turnaround)."

"Absolutely the best!! This project was a little different in that it was my father’s room and I wanted to match a laminate in the rest of the home, I also didn’t want any transition pieces due to my 85 year old father using a walker. Mark came by for the initial appointment and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to help me find a close match and we started the process. On the day of install, I looked at the flooring planks and they didn’t match as well as I thought; which was my fault. So I declined the flooring. I have to say that everyone was so gracious and went above and beyond to make “my” error right. Mark, Pablo, Rebekah and the owner of the company went into action to find a better match and Mark returned to my home with new planks. I chose another laminate and they ordered my new choice immediately and my dad’s floor was done a few days later. Customer service was excellent; workmanship was impeccable, and follow up was impressive! I own a business and I always emphasize how important excellent customer service is. This company has it right; they earned my loyalty and referrals. And, I’d just like to mention the two young men on Pablo’s team who methodically transformed a room with old, crappy carpet into a beautiful suite for my dad.
