I was referred to FCI by my interior designer daughter who had high praise for them. Tegan came to my house with samples, spent a lot of time getting to know exactly what I was looking for and continued sending other samples I may like. She was very patient and personable and very knowledgeable about her products. Shortly after my decision was made the flooring was put in. They first needed to remove my old tile and slate which, of course, caused considerable dust, then my new beautiful floor was laid. They then sent out a cleaning crew to handle all of that dust. I was very pleased with the entire process and highly recommend FCI for your next flooring project!

FCI tried to overcharge my insurance company for work they didn’t provide. When I told them, they refused until I had to get my insurance manager involved. They are overpriced and the sample flooring are outdated & doesn’t match the actual color. The installers were great & does decent work but Tradespro not trustworthy

The team is the best. From sales, install to post install question follow up . I love my carpet but carpet is carpet the team behind the purchase is what stands out

They were great from start to finish! Our rep Donnie took his time and explained everything in detail. You can tell they want you to be happy. The installers showed up on time and completed the job efficiently but still made sure I was happy along the way and took their time on the details. 10/10 would work with them again.

Floor Coverings International did an outstanding job putting in hardwood floors and carpet in our home . The team is very professional and knowledgeable from sales to installation crews . They communicate with you at each step of your project . We worked with Donnie from start to finish . He’s a very knowledgeable and professional. He’s a great designer, very detailed and goes above and beyond to assist you in your projects . Juan the supervisor over installation communicated to us at each step and came by each day to oversee project. I highly recommend this company to anyone for their flooring needs . We will definitely use them again for any future projects .
