"Cameron & Brian were personable and professional. They did everything they said they would do cheerfully and on time. They didn't just take an order, but showed up a few times during the install just to check on progress. The installer was great. I live in a condo & because of yellow jackets on my deck he had to do all his cutting 1 floor down in the garage. Many trips up & down. I think that was going above & beyond. When Cameron & Brian came to do the final walk through I was having problems putting new casters on my kitchen chairs & they stayed to help me get them all changed. Will call them again when I need new flooring in my bedrooms."

He then went out to his car and pulled the exact flooring I wanted. His team is incredible. I couldn’t be home while the work was being done so they called and sent pictures along the way so I knew what was going on. I won’t need flooring for a while but when I do, I know who I’m calling!"

If he doesn't like the look of something he will correct it. He is a master woodworker and he did a superior job. You don't find companies like this out there that often. "We moved into a home in Lakeway that had outdated, scratched, shiny cherry wood flooring and filthy carpets. We were prepared to tear everything out and start from scratch if necessary. Kevin and Shelly promptly responded to our inquiry, sat down with us, walked us patiently through all our options and built a plan that met our needs. As others have commented, they listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us to do more than we were comfortable with. We were able to refinish the wood floors and upgrade the carpet at a reasonable price. The contractors were professional, courteous, efficient and competent. There were a few midstream changes that I made which were handled cheerfully by Kevin and his team even though they weren’t part of the original plan. A few weeks after the job was done another contractor damaged the wood floor finish and although we haven’t yet resolved the repair, Kevin continues to be responsive and helpful. There are a lot of choices out there for flooring and a lot of contractors providing services. Kevin and his team delivered a solution that was right for us and a quality result that we are proud to own."

"Great customer service, installation, pricing and quality. We are so happy we called Kevin at Floor Coverings International Lakeway. From the start of the process, Kevin was all about helping us find what we really wanted. He spent quality time talking with us, not selling. He asked questions, made sure we prioritized our needs, provided us options and overall did a great job guiding us to the decisions we made. We needed to find carpeting which would be pet-friendly - resisting pulling and stain resistant not only from dogs but from our toddler too! The information Kevin gave was clear and factual, but he injected in enough of his experiences with others and opinion too. All of this time up front allowed us to select the carpet and padding we really wanted in our 12 year old home. Kevin didn't over promise. Once we selected the carpeting, he quickly confirmed availability and within a few days we agreed on an installation date. The install crew was very professional, friendly and careful! They took the time even when removing old carpeting and padding to do a clean job, but also kept up with the cleaning as they progressed. The challenging stairway install was done slowly and carefully. Overall, we are very happy with the installation time and process. Once completed, the first impression people get when entering our home has changed dramatically - the carpeting looks luxurious and adds appeal to the home. The denser padding and the thicker than builder grade carpeting also feels so much thicker - it makes me feel taller! Go with Kevin at Floor Coverings International Lakeway. You will at least benefit from his knowledge, but can also add great carpeting to your home."

"We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International of Temecula Valley! Our project involved replacing the tile in our foyer with hardwood and adding a custom wood medallion. What made it tricky was that the new flooring had to connect to the existing hardwood in three different areas, and we wanted everything to look like it had always been there. Jeremy and Sheri were great to work with. They handled all the coordination, kept us updated, and helped bring everything together. Shane and his crew did an amazing job with the installation. You honestly can’t tell that the foyer was ever tiled. The hardwood blends seamlessly with the rest of the house, and the medallion looks absolutely stunning! It was definitely worth the wait. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend them!"
