We had an amazing experience! The work was top notch, communication was excellent, and overall customer service was great. We will absolutely use them again! Brian and Heather were terrific at our initial consult. They worked with us to plan and were conscious of what we wanted and our budget. They are truly experts and gave us multiple options. Scott did our walkthrough and was a great communicator, as well. The work they did on our existing hardwood and the new flooring they installed look great and we are so happy with the results.

I had such a great experience with this company! everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The entire process went smoothly, and the team was very efficient. I really appreciated how patient they were in answering all of my questions and taking the time to explain in detail how the flooring would be installed. They even brought some samples when they were measuring, so it was nice to see the different options in my own house with the lights and colors in my home. Their communication was always clear, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The quality of the flooring materials is great, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. They truly care about doing a good job and making sure their customers are happy.

Floor Coverings International in Ft Mill/Tega Cay, SC, transformed our guest bathroom floor with a darling, cheery blue and white tile. When we moved in a few months ago, original laminate flooring was the base. It just didn’t go with the other upgrades in our home. Heather, Brian, and Scott skillfully walked us through the design and installation process. The result is a beautiful, new floor for our guests. Love it!
