Neil Martin came to my home, and explained their process giving detailed information that was impressive and efficient for my wife and I to choose the type flooring best suited to our needs. After we chose the product, the color was ascertained to ensure that we had the match that we wanted. An installation date was chosen and confirmed. During the process the flooring we chose was able to be digitally inserted into photos of my rooms to show us exactly what it would look like. The was done on our computers and extremely helpful in the visual conception of what our final product would look like. Unfortunately, my wife fell and was hospitalized. Neil’s team accommodated us, and we got the installation completed one day before my wife was released back home. The before and after care showed concern for outcomes. The installation faster than predicted and seamless. The final product exceptional in appearance. The installation crew, as well as everyone in the company perfectly professional. I could not have been happier with my experience with Floor Covering International. Gary Robinson, MD

Got my new floor installed from floor coverings International. The owner personally showed up at my house to explain the process show us different products which we were also able to view online inside a picture of our rooms. The process to get the installation scheduled Was very easy. The installation took only two days and was seamless. The end result was fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. My wife was in the hospital during this process and when she came home, she saw the end product for the first time she was delighted. I can’t begin to tell you how satisfied I am with their service. I frankly will never go anywhere else.

I had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. They replaced the carpet in my living room and on my stairs with LVP to match the existing flooring throughout the rest of my main level. Even though my flooring had been discontinued for over three years, they were able to source the exact same product, and the finished result looks seamless. The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. Communication was proactive, everything stayed on schedule, and the quality of the installation exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for any flooring project.

Beth and her team are 2nd to none when it comes to flooring. Their mobile showroom makes it incredibly easy to pick out exactly what you want so you don’t have to deal with restocking and reordering fees. Amazing expericne overall.

My experience with FCI is over the top! I could not have asked for a better professional service and experience! Beth was amazing to ensure all of our needs were met with the install of engineered hardwoods. She was so patient and unconditionally was there thru the entire process. Josie, who was lead installer, was great and not only very knowledgeable but took great care of our home from start to finish. A big thank you to the FCI team! Make this your "go to" for flooring.
