My experience with FCI is over the top! I could not have asked for a better professional service and experience! Beth was amazing to ensure all of our needs were met with the install of engineered hardwoods. She was so patient and unconditionally was there thru the entire process. Josie, who was lead installer, was great and not only very knowledgeable but took great care of our home from start to finish. A big thank you to the FCI team! Make this your "go to" for flooring.

We had the carpet replaced in our 3 bedrooms. We had an excellent experience from start to finish! Neil was very helpful in assisting us choose the right carpet. The carpet came in sooner than expected and scheduling the installation was easy. The installers did an amazing job. They were careful and moved all our furniture back to the exact spot where it was. Our carpet looks great. We are very pleased and highly recommend.

We recently replaced the carpet in our master bedroom and guest room with hardwood floors. After scouring the internet, I came across FCI’s impressive reviews in the Lake Norman area and knew this was the company with whom I wanted to work. We were not disappointed! FCI is a well-oiled machine. All of their employees are highly experienced, professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We love our new hardwoods and the project could not have been executed more smoothly! We will not hesitate to use FCI for future flooring projects.

I do not recommend using Floor Coverings International. We wanted to purchase LVP for our second floor, and to purchase a carpet runner for our staircase. The LVP installation was great and looks good. The carpet runner discussion, however, was a very bad experience. FCI promised to send us carpet samples and never did. We had several unreturned emails, text messages and voice mail messages. As a result, we ended up using another local carpet company. They were much faster and easier to do business with than FCI.
