From the moment of our appointment to the final walk through just amazing. Being a local business man, I like to connect as much as I can, and I’m glad I did with this company. I’m a pretty good judge of character and speaking with them, telling them my concerns, and hearing what there all about and how the process is, I knew I made a right choice. They arrived as scheduled the from that point on i was amazed like watching them transform my floor, the work and quality they put into it, then a walk through with a gift for maintaining your floors and and thank you card from the team. They really care about there customers and couldn’t stop asking if there was any questions I have for them. I am more then please with them and already scheduled a project with them for my upstairs. Neal, Pam and the installation teams at Floor Coverings International have worked with us to do 2 floor replacement projects! Neal had a variety of flooring options and did a great job helping us understand product differences and picking the flooring that was right for the various places in our home! The installation scheduling and execution was done within a few weeks! Pam helped with the paper work and followed up on the installations to ensure we were happy. Enjoyable to work with. Staff was friendly knowledgeable and upfront with any anticipated problems or objections they thought we may have. Floor Coverings International replaced our hardwood floors. Big job! They were prompt and reliable throughout the bidding process and when awarded the job continued to provide outstanding counsel and service. On the appointed day, the installers arrived on time and went to work. They were courteous, polite and concerned about keeping us informed about progress. We felt very comfortable leaving them alone in our home during the entire install process. They did an excellent job! I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International. They are trustworthy, honest, and professional.

Great experience working with Neal and Pamela swapping out some carpeted rooms for new laminate flooring in my home. The whole process was smooth and easy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Floor coverings International for your next project.
