Mr. Howard and his team made this process from start to finish so easy and stress-free. Mr. Howard came to the home showed me the samples that they had measured the house and gave me two quotes for two different styles. We really love the one that we went with. His team came in did everything that they said that they would do with moving the furniture and putting everything back, they even took pictures of where things were. They finished in the time that they said that they would did some things that needed to be tweaked that I didn't realize, but the process was so easy and stress-free, and we LOVE the new flooring.

Floor Coverings International did a great job. Michael came out to give us an estimate and spelled out everything that they would be doing. They gave us the timeframe that everything would be completed after the materials were delivered. The team that they had working was phenomenal. They were courteous and very professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day. We had four rooms of flooring installed and a long hallway. Everything was completed within 3.5 days. The floors look fantastic. We are well pleased with the work that they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have flooring installed. One other thing that I thought was really important is that the owners came out after the work was completed to do a walk-through to make sure that everything was as it should be and that we were pleased with the work. They also stopped through periodically while the work must be done. You pay at the end of the job not the beginning. That was a big surprise🥰

We had Floor Coverings International replace all of our floors in our home about four years ago. I insisted on carpeting for the three bedrooms. Over time our cat ruined all three rooms. We called Michael at Floor Coverings International and he came out and gave us an estimate. We asked him if he could match the new flooring with the current flooring. Michael was able to find the identical hardwood we had throughout the rest of the house. His crew was terrific. Between my wife and I, we had a couple of health issues and Michael was very accommodating when we had to push back the installation date twice. The crew was on time and professional throughout the installation. My wife and I were able to sit at the other end of the house without very much distraction. Two days and they were done. Our floors look fantastic. We would recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone that wants first class flooring, to call Michael at Floor Coverings International.
