I can't say enough about my flooring experience. From the moment I met the owner, placed the order, follow up, to checking on the installers who worked so hard, kept in regular contact, to finishing the job and walk through at the end. The whole team was A++++. On a side note, the owner picked up a vanity I couldn't handle and coordinated additional plumbing I needed. Took a big headache away from me. They transformed my space. The only feedback to consider is the baseboards aren't painted, only primed, and that's because when they are being installed, nails are being hammered in, so they will need to be painted after installation. Would be helpful to offer as an additional service/cost, painting them.

I had a very large patio project and FCI did a great job on it. Excellent customer service and we are really happy with the outcome. Really nothing bad to say about the entire experience which is pretty rare with large custom projects.

Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!! Eric was thoughtful and patient and provided samples of Cork [naturally anti-microbial] for our kitchen floor. I am an architect and have high expectations. Eric and his crew exceeded them and met all of the LEED requirements. Thank you!!!

Worked with Rick Denny throughout the process of picking out the luxury vinyl flooring I wanted as well as on installation day. He was professional, very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. His team did a wonderful job and I couldn’t be happier with the work they did in my living room and kitchen. I have spent one month looking for a flooring contractor to replace the carpets in our house with LVP (luxury vinyl). I have contacted multiple contractors, some of them didn’t show up, others didn’t send estimates on time or didn’t send them at all, some didn’t respond to my questions so I had to chase them etc. I was very desperate and disappointed until I met Dave and Desiree from Floor Coverings International. Everything went so well with that flooring company from the beginning to the end. I easily scheduled appointments, they were very responsive, answered all my questions, everyone showed up on time and the flooring crew did an amazing job. Last but not least they gave me a very good price for the project and it was a pleasure working with all of them. Overall, my experience is not just good but EXCELLENT and I highly recommend them to anyone who considers flooring work. I will also hire them for another project in the basement.

Michael and his team are rock stars. I have newly finished hardwood floors and newly installed luxury vinyl in my office space. The workers were thorough and worked with my family and my old dog well to facilitate access during the process. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. We chose Floor Coverings International of Metro West because Mike Delrossi, the owner, came to our home with samples and sat with us for maybe 4 hours to look at our home and advise us. Other flooring companies wanted us to pick flooring in their showroom. Once we set a date to start the foreman and two conscientious installers came and got us started. The workers were pleasant and efficient. They moved furniture from one side of the room to the other and back to minimize our inconvenience. They cleaned the area at the end of each day. They did a terrific job.

Working with Linda was a dream. She has a great sense of style and understands real estate because of her past experience, so she was the perfect person to help me select new carpet for our home. It’s also incredibly convenient that she comes to your house and consults with you onsite and has samples in her van. At installation, she went above and beyond, helping with some problem-solving that didn’t even have to do with the carpet install. I highly recommend!

HAPPY ENDING . On Father's Day our house flooded, we had 3 different contractors come out to give us an estimate , which was way out of budget and so unreliable with their times . So a friend recommended Marty with floor coverings International in noblesville. We set an appointment and from that day on they held our hand and guided us throughout such a painful ordeal , till the installation day. His crew went above and beyond to the point they even painted my laundry room which brought tears of happiness to my eyes, on my experience I will say Marty is your guy if you want affordable but amazing quality with friendly and professional team.
