Jason and his team at Floor Coverings International are the best full service flooring company in the state. We were renovating a high traffic, public school space that previously had carpeting that reached its lifespan years ago. We had no idea what to do with the flooring because of the amount of foot traffic it receives daily, and that we did not have a big budget. The budget did not deter Jason. He personally reviewed our current flooring situation and requirements. He then helped us come up with a solution that fit within our budget, that would stand up to the high foot traffic, and it looks incredible. From the start of this process, Jason put forth an incredible effort to get us samples of the flooring, helped us make a decision based on his experience, and he got our flooring choice on order all within two days! We did not feel rushed into making a decision, but instead just the opposite. Jason treated us just like a customer spending millions of dollars with Floor Coverings International. I Highly Recommend Jason and his Floor Coverings International team for anyone's personal, public, new construction or renovation flooring needs! We will be using them again for all of our upcoming flooring requirements!

We used FCI for flooring replacement in the basement. They installed a great product by Mohawk, were very diligent and detailed in their workmanship, carefully move the furniture as necessary, cleaned up every day. Highly recommended.

The Floor Coverings International team did an outstanding job on our new engineered wood floor. We are very happy with the quality of the wood and the installation! What a difference this floor makes! The team was on time, thorough and impressive with their professional skill, attention to detail and courtesy. Jason Clark , franchise owner, was very helpful by explaining the process. He visited our home several times from start to finish to check on progress. Our rep, Nate T., arrived with boxes of samples for us to view. Upon assessing our style and preferences he scheduled a follow up consultation with additional samples that suited our desire for a carpet that was functional and matched our decor. Because it is a prominent stair runner, he took care to ensure it suited the space, even leaving us with multiple swatches to see different options in different lighting. Installation happened within 2 weeks, the team was friendly, on time, tidy, and professional-even going so far as to modify molding and other strange layment associated with the previous runner. It looks perfect! In home carpet shopping was a weird concept for me, but it is a big investment, you want what you want, and it allowed us to get exactly complemented the space. I can’t say I would have had the same success any other way. I appreciate the patience and service we got from Nate and KWL Carpets.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Jason did a walkthrough of our house and did great job helping us select the flooring that was right for our needs. The crew he sent was stellar. They were timely, efficient, friendly and respectful of our belongings. They moved everything out of each room, installed the floor and put everything back precisely where it was originally. I couldn’t ask for better service, and the new floor has completely transformed our home.
