I was sitting at home on a Saturday looking at my guestroom and office carpet. I decided to go online and look and see what I could find locally. I ended up calling the number and within an hour someone called me back came over later that day. Mind you this is on a Saturday. I told him I was having company in three weeks and could I order and get carpet Installed? Jason told me no problem. He had hundreds of samples with him in his truck. I picked out what I wanted. I ended up ordering an area carpet as well to have it bound for my hardwood living room floors. Start to finish everything was done in two weeks and three days. The install went flawlessly. I am very happy with the service.

Now that we're empty nesters, we're at the tail end of remedying the years of damage to our bonus room wrought by our then teenage boys and their friends. Today Jason and his team came to install new carpet and it's not possible to be happier about the result. The whole process was done in a day. They removed the existing carpet and took it away for disposal and then returned with the new carpet and it was installed in no time. The results look great and the room feels brand new. They even helped us by taking away some furniture we didn't need anymore. Triple AAA five star service with extremely professional outcome. Top recommendation!!

We loved our consultant, Carolyn Hickey, so much we've planned another project with her. Derek kept us informed of the status of the product order every step of the way. And the install guys were very professional, quick and cleaned up after themselves. All in all we had a very positive experience with everyone at Floor Coverings International. Our new carpet is well made, thick and a beautiful color. And the upgraded pad makes it a joy to walk on. Like a temperpedic mattress! We're expecting it to last for years.
