Hired Darious and Joe to help with a basement bath project, and their suggestions were so helpful that we went in a completely different direction and it looks outstanding. This father and son duo are local to the area, easy to talk to, and very professional. They are proud of their work and it shows. These are the guys you wish you could find for every job. The level of respect and integrity they display is what this day and time needs more of.

We could not be happier with our experience with Floor Coverings International and, especially, with Erin, Eduardo, and Carlos! From the very beginning, Erin was incredibly prompt, responsive, and reliable with communication. She always followed through, kept us informed, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. What meant so much to us was that Erin personally met with us and took the time to walk through everything and make sure we felt comfortable with our choices. Her care and attention throughout the process truly stood out. We chose Cali Windansea for our new floors, and we absolutely LOVE how they turned out. Eduardo did an amazing job installing them. He worked extremely hard, and we especially appreciated how thoughtfully he spaced out the different colors and tones throughout the floors.You can tell he takes pride in his work. Carlos was also wonderful to work with. Everyone we interacted with was professional, kind, hardworking, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy with the finished product!

We were apprehensive and overwhelmed when it came to picking out new carpet for an upstairs bedroom/loft area. Erin was easy to work with and guided us through each step. She was patient as we decided on carpet choice and was so helpful in explaining how to choose carpet that would look great. We love our carpet and are so thankful we decided to use Floor Coverings International.

Great experience with Floor Coverings International! Erin came out with a bunch of samples and helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our 3 bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. Darious and Joe did an awesome job with the installation and had everything finished in one day. They were professional and friendly, and they did great work. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Erin and her team did a great job with our carpets. From scheduling us for the measurement very last-minute to getting us installed during a short window, I was very happy with the customer service. The installers were quick and courteous, and did a great job putting in the new carpet. They even squeezed in the addition of a small closet that I missed earlier very last-minute. Overall, the process was very smooth and well-organized, and the carpets look great.
