Last month, we replaced the flooring in the upper level of our home, including the staircase, with luxury vinyl. The upgrade went very smoothly, thanks to Jeff Gott and his team at Floor Coverings International (FCI) in Chesterfield. When FCI says it brings the showroom to you, it really means it! All I did was call for a free in-home estimate and the process started quickly. Jeff Gott, the owner of the company, came in on his traveling showroom. It was good to have a visual of what he was talking about, although, gladly, he did not overwhelm us with information about every piece of lvp in his showroom. His sales presentation was very strategic and focused on our need. He communicates well and uses the right marketing strategy to follow up. Long story short, we were sold that FCI was the right partner for us. We believe, after researching market rates, that the quote was competitive. Jeff estimated the task to be completed in 3-4 days and, thanks to the very hardworking and polite floor installers, Julio and his team, the project was done in 3 days with minimum disruption to our daily routine. At the end of each day, they cleaned the area that they worked on. At the end of the project, they put the furniture back in place. Definitely, a 5-star experience. Would gladly hire FCI again for our next tiling project.

They were very professional, considerate and easy to work with. They did great work and discussed what I wanted in detail. After the project was done, the head guy walked me through the whole house to make sure I was happy. Plus, a 2nd guy came a week later to follow up and make sure I was happy with it all. They took the time to answer my questions. They cleaned up really well afterwards, inside and out. And they were careful not to damage doors, walls, baseboards, etc. I'm super happy with their work and customer service. And I would use them again.
